I am disabled though and a hand-rail in the shower would be very helpful. I had hired a shower stool to bring with me. One of the two towel racks in the b/room were damaged on our arrival.

Reviewer Comments: We have been coming here for 20 years so we love it but over time it is so evident the building, the grounds the apartment is lacking care and attention.Turning up to very overgrown lawns and an apartment that really needs a big clean and new window furnishings and the front sliding down fallen out the whole place is tired and unloved.

Reviewer Comments: WE have been staying in the caravan park and these units for 36 years. We have decided not to come back next for 2 reasons. Our children used to stay in the units but they banned dogs, so they moved to the caravan park, now the park has banned large dogs so they are going elsewhere, The other reason is rent increases have become too large every year, I could understand if the place is full but, in our time there only half or less were occupied, Don't the owners realized it is too expensive.Regards Robert Thompson

Walking distance to cafes,the bakery( please visit), the club and tavern. The apartment can accommodate a family of 6 or even still perfect for a couple. I would recommend to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this beautiful location on the water front and that fact that it’s on the ground floor makes it that much easier. We took a hammock and enjoyed the sun and fishing at our front door while the baby slept inside 20m away . The size of the apartment was great for our family with 2 kids sharing and having the large laundry/bathroom meant we could keep the kids surfboard, fishing rods, esky and other bulky things out of the way. Plenty of parking and room for our trailer. It was warmer than expected on cold winter nights and they provide heaters. The only downfalls for me were the leaky fridge that left a puddle in the kitchen and the shower was dirty. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned before our stay because of the mould that appeared after a couple of days. Otherwise the place was clean and tidy. Overall I’ll be booking again for our annual winter stay.

Reviewer Comments: The place we stayed was nice but some areas that I think it could improve on are:- toilet was blocked and leaking around the back on the floor from the start so it was annoying having to wait until late at the end of a day to get this fixed- no real pantry space - door lock is a little dodgy- behind and under the beds don't get cleaned. There was underwear or socks under the bunk beds from someone before us- quilts had stains and don't appear to be shaken or washed regularly
