Stayed Dec 10, 2023Monica’s apartment is spacious and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning and wifi. Kitchen is well stocked and the ice maker was much appreciated! The apartment complex is secure and safe. There is a small area for parking (outside the gate) for parking and street parking also possible. Easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and groceries. The shared rooftop deck is large with a BBQ - we didn’t use either as it was a little too hot up there for us! The pool area was well cared for and not over crowded. There is a no charge shared washer and dryer for the complex located near the front gate. We stayed four nights and would think this would be a good place for a longer term rental too given the space and full kitchen, dining area with seating for 6, living room, good sized bedrooms and bathroom. Monica was extremely responsive, helpful and kind!
