Renovated 3BR Near SU Syracuse

It had everything I needed. It wa a homer stay but I would def other again

This place takes you by surprise. It looks just like a generic house on the outside, but once you step inside it is an incredibly cozy, beautifully decorated space. So the good news is that it's a comfortable space. The downside is that it's in a residential neighborhood. Here in the NYC area, that really wouldn't be too big of a deal because you can walk to all kinds of bars and eateries in a matter of a few minutes. However, this place is located in Syracuse, a typical American poorly planned, spread out, car-centric city. So you basically have to drive anywhere of interest. I really just needed a place to stay for the concert that I was attending (which was postponed), so it really works the trick in that sense. It'd probably also be a great space for a family or group of friends on vacation. However, if you're looking for a space to have a big weekend, this might not be the ideal spot for you.

A very comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood near Syracuse University.

It was super clean

The property itself was nice. I was uncomfortable to get there and realize someone was living above us and was separated from us by a kitchen door. I would not recommend this location for families who would want access to the washer dryer. I was very displeased that we had to shovel the driveway and stairs. No salt was made available for the very steep slippery steps. We were required to take the trash out back and walk through the snow to avoid a 300 fee. We were required to strip the beds, but leave the mattress covers. I assume that means they don't ash them between guest. I did not realize I’d have to do my own maid service. Didn’t feel like a vacation home. There was open used food in the kitchen.

All good.Critiques:1. App could be user friendly better. I wanted the street address post booking and had difficulty.2. Floors squeak.3. Beds squeak.

I stayed with two of my adult children ages 27 and 20 as well as my eldest's partner. We each had our own bedroom. Sitting area was nice. We enjoyed TV before bed. We loved the Brita pitcher, coffee, and great towels. It was quiet and perfect for us

House was very clean and comfy.

Nice clean and convenient one floor apt. We were extended family visiting for a wedding and it was way better than staying at a hotel.

HardingBNB is exactly what we were looking for. This apartment is clean, organized,and cozy. Our trip was less stressful having an equipped kitchen, smart tv, and multiple bedrooms. Property Manager is quick to respond and helpful. We hope to stay again.

The Harding B&B was the perfect place for me and my wife to stay while my wife was doing nursing clinicals at a local hospital. It was only seven minutes away from the hospital, so I could easily drop her off and pick her back up. While she was there, the home was a quiet place for me to work at my computer. (There is a perfect little office nook in the back set up for a computer.)The inside of the home was fixed up super nice and it was very clean and smelled clean! You can tell someone takes care of this place! The property owner was super nice to work with and communicated very well! He made it easy for us to stay there! We will rebook this location if we come back to Syracuse!

This was a great stay. The home was very clean and cozy. The weather was very cold, but as soon as we walked into the home we warmed right up. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was very clean. The parking was a private driveway which was great to be able to park off the street. We would highly suggest staying here.

Hi, 3 adults rented this unit to attend a wedding in Syracuse. We had never used VRBO before but the host was very communicative and answered all our questions. We found that the description of the home and amenities were accurate. The home ended up being perfect for our needs, it had a lot of charm and was cozy. When my granddaughter (5yrs) visited with her mother, she was very impressed with how clean it was, it passed her finger swipe test and all of the adults were in agreement with her assessment. Accessing the home and signing into Wi-Fi was easy. The property was well lighted at night when we returned and the neighborhood seemed family friendly. They had a binder with clear instructions for checkout and which provided recommendations for places in the community. The first night there we stopped at the Lucky 7 Deli down the road, got takeout, and was able to enjoy a meal at the large dining table in the home. The next time we come to Syracuse we’ll plan to stay at this VRBO again if available, we found it to be a home away from home.

This property was just perfect for staying in Syracuse. The furniture was comfortable, and the place was immaculate. The only comment I have is that the floors creak but there is nothing that can be done in an older home. The updates to the kitchen are beautiful. I would stay again.
