The location is great offering a short (15 minute) walk to Newport Avenue into downtown Ocean Beach, or a short (15 minute) walk to Sunset Cliffs! Go to the sandy beach at tower 2 at the end of Newport Avenue, and then grab lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants in OB! The property is located on a dead end street just two minutes to the end of the block for the evening sunset!
