The Space:

This stylish 2-bedroom villa is located on Frankton road with magnificent views of the lake and mountains. Featuring 1.5 bathrooms, it also offers a warm heat pump and heated towel rails.



The bedrooms have 2 super king beds and both can be split into singles.



The villa is a 5-minute drive from the centre of Queenstown and a 5-minute drive from Queenstown International Airport. Coronet Peak Ski Area is only 25 minutes’ drive away.



You can relax on the balcony with dining table and views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. The living area features leather sofas and a state-of-the-art home entertainment system.



The modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar and dishwasher.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.

With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.



The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.



We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the villa will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved

The apartment is conveniently located in popular Frankton , just a 5 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and 5 minutes from Queenstown Airport.



If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

    Clean and tidy apartment, well appointed, great view of the lake and 'the Remarkables' mountain range, easy drive to the centre of Queenstown, nice walk to the cafe, marina and lakeside park.

    The property was very good. Everything you need and a lock up garage, good for mountain bike trips to the area. However next time I would hire a car as the bus system in queenstown is utter rubbish. This has absolutely nothing to do with the property, but a nice little bit of info for travellers.
