Stayed May 30, 2025The property itself was fine. There are two bedrooms. One bedroom is off living room separated by sliding barn doors. This unit is not for light sleepers due to the road noise. The entry instructions were VERY confusing. You are emailed instructions at the last minute before being able to check in. This is a very large apartment complex with different buildings and entrances. You need to carefully figure out which entrance to enter and where to park, which were both very unclear (it took three adults and a trip inside to the main desk to get help( without success) we ended up asking someone who lived there to help find the unit, which is a maze to say the least. Once we found that we stumbled around the parking garage trying to understand where the lockbox with the keys and the gate key fib was located. Needless to stay after doing that for a half an hour with two children under two and absolutely no patience left. We found the lock box and the key and eventually made it up to our room. They brought us paper towels and toilet paper when we entered the unit Because they were finishing up cleaning it when they let us in, an hour early, because of the kids. However, the next day we realized we had one dishwasher pod and one trash bag, and could not get a response on additional items and where they were found or whether we needed to buy them.The place is fine when you figure out how to get into it and where the unit is located. It’s just a Pain if you have more than one vehicle

Stayed Sep 18, 2024The apartment was nice, clean, and large. We couldnt of asked for a better place. The check in was easy. However, the amenities on the property grounds were not functioning, including the sauna, steam room, and hot tub. It was a bit of a bummer, since those amenities helped us decide on this place.
