Stayed Sep 6, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, excellent,close to beach, shops,country club and restaurant. Property clean and well maintained although outdoor table and chairs needs attention. Door locks were stiff and difficult to unlock. Also needs broom. These are small details and I would recommend the property.

Reviewer Comments: Lovely position , view over creek ,pellicans swimming past at night , can swim there if you wish when the tide is right & the unit was lovely & clean , fresh & modern , exactly as it appears in the photo . Being on the ground floor was excellent .

Clean & tidy, mattress needs replacing however everything else was great. We enjoyed our stay and will return again.

The kitchen and living room are lovely and well appointed.The bedroom and bathroom were average but the outdoor area was poorly maintained. Being the middle unit, there was a lack of privacy. Location was good.

Kitchen facilities were very good. A relaxing walk to beach, Club and shops. A minor issue was the lounge room rug which could be cleaner (difficult as it may be). Managing agent provided an excellent service.
