Well stocked kitchen with refrigerator, pots and pans, microwave.The apartment has its own separate entrance from the large terrace.Air conditioning, ceiling fan, Internet Wi Fi, TV, library. We are 5 kilometers from the town center and only 7 kilometers from the sea. Swimming pool on site

Stayed Jul 24, 2022The pool area has the most fantastic panoramic view imaginable with mountains and olive groves all around. The pool is quite small and there is only a single shaded area which is fine if you are only a single family like we were. But there are three apartments - and if they were all rented out at the same time, there wouldn't be enough space at the pool area at all. The house is fine with two bedrooms with ac and a fan. Two bathrooms with bath. Kitchen is well-functioning and nice private terrace (but very hot in July.) The owner Enrico speaks perfect English and is very helpful. WIFI is lightning fast. About a ten minute drive to shopping and Sciacca, which is a bit of a sleepy provincial town with virtually no tourists even in July. The nearest beach is a 15-20 minute drive away.
