Relaxing Chicago Studio

Place was very cute and clean. Amenities were very convenient. Host messaged us letting us know we could check in early if we wanted. Conveniently located. Parking on the road is free if you can find a spot.

Lovely, clean apartment in a safe, walkable area, just perfect for our trip with our two young children. The host is very responsive and cordial with all communication. This is the second time we have stayed here and we are happy we made the choice to stay here again.

My young children, my sister, and I stayed here for a few nights. This is the lower level apartment of a house. Getting in was easy with a code. The space was clean and comfortable, the furnace worked well, the kitchen was small but well-stocked for the size and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Shower pressure was good and everything worked well, creating a smooth, drama-free stay. Location was excellent, in a very safe neighborhood and in pretty close walking distance to restaurants/shops/grocery store. We would stay here again.

This is a nice, clean place and had everything we needed. Only downfall is the parking. We parked about two blocks away, not the end of the world by any means. I would stay here again.

I wish I could give Relaxing Chicago 7 stars! It was clean, quiet and incredibly cute!! The rate was reasonable and the hosts very cooperative and friendly. Would highly recommend!

It was in an exceptional neighborhood, parking was very convenient, there were several excellent restaurants near by, and the apartment unit was large and comfortable. I will definitely book this location again. Communications were quick and thorough.

This place offers a very clean and reliable stay with more sleep space for cheaper than many nearby options. Easy walk to the L to get downtown and plenty of food and shops within walking distance. Overall a great comfy base for a trip to Chicago!

This was a very pleasant stay! Location is excellent---the room is in a cute neighborhood which is an easy walk to Hopleaf, the Aragon Ballroom and other fun places. Will stay again!

Very clean, great location, the host had everything in there you could possibly need, air and heat worked great and the internet service was very good as well. I would highly recommend if you are looking for something in the area. I would go back in a heartbeat.

The apartment was very clean. The apartment was warm and cozy during the cold winters in Chicago. The host did I great a job with communication. I will definitely come back. I thought the price was very reasonable. Nice neighborhood.

Overall, 5 stars!! The host worked with us to check in early, That was super helpful coming from out of town on Amtrak. Also she chatted with us when we arrived and made us feel at home. Very clean and inviting. Great location going to the Riviera theater-a little over a mile away. Definitely recommend staying here.

Quiet location in a neighborhood with a lot going on. Clean apt, good size, helpful communication from the host from before we arrived until after we left. Just what you want.

The location was great. The pictures are accurate and the place was very clean. The host offered to extend our check in and check out times. We appreciated this offer but didn’t take advantage of it due to other plans. We would stay here again when in the area.

A nice clean place with a few inconveniences. Front entrance is a bit hazardous and the place doesn’t get very dark due to the glass block windows. Was also asked not to adjust the thermostat.

Clean, well decorated.Spacious for one and plenty of room for 2-4. I needed to work in the morning and there is a desk and reliable wi-fi which worked great. There were some interesting books and games I wish I’d had time to peruse.

Very clean and comfy place to stay many great amenities. Host kept in contact and we also got an extended check out time! Parking on the street can get full late at night but we still found a spot on the same street. I 10/10 recommend staying here super spacious and tidy place.

The host was amazing and very communicative. The property was perfect for us. Our daughter just moved to Andersonville and this property was walking distance to her house. The place is very cozy and comfortable. So many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores near by. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely be back!

The area was close to our venue which was great. The surrounding very pedestrian friendly with shops, food, and coffee. We had everything we needed for our stay.

This was a great home base for my visit to Chicago with my daughter. Super close to great restaurants and shops on Clark Street and easy walk to the CTA (about 10 minutes) or the lake (about 15 minutes). The unit itself is well appointed and comfortable, and had everything we needed. We hope to visit again.

This apartment was a great value, and its Andersonville location was excellent. It had plenty of space and was well-furnished. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described. The location was perfect, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The only negative for us was the construction and its impact on parking which was no fault of the host. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Very safe neighborhood near many restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and was quiet. It was garden level which was not stated in the description but was well appointed. Street parking was available. Host was quick to respond to messages. We would definitely stay in this unit again!

This was a perfect stay for a game at Wrigley Field. Walking distance to the red line. Parking was not a problem. Space was very clean! Host was wonderful!

Everything was wonderful about this property. Clean, well lit, very sizable for a studio. Great time overall. Only issue, a variable uncontrolled by our hosts, was the street it was located on was closed for underground line repairs making it difficult to navigate where to park. As a former Chicagoan, I know this is something our hosts couldn’t control. Overall great experience.

Clean, quiet, fully stocked kitchen, and surprisingly tidy! Loved the hi-powered AC too.

If you get an opportunity to rent this space, please do!! The dwelling is exactly as the pictures shows. It was clean, cute, comfortable & stocked with all of the necessities. Our host was very accommodating and available at anytime (I called at midnight & he was prompt with response) The neighborhood is cozy and safe. My only tip is if you can, check in early as the parking is limited.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The neighborhood is very cute. Parking was not very easy to obtain and we had to park almost a mile away, but that's not the VRBO owner's fault. Just something to keep in mind.

The property was clean and cute! The host was very accomadating, sweet, kind, and responsive. The host even set out umbrellas outside of the door when rain came in, which was very thoughtful!

Everything was as described, clean and enjoyable, had everything you might need. Its not the biggest studio, but they did a good job with the space. Its great for the price.
