Regal Home in Trastevere 3BR

Fabulous area, wonderful historical home. Taxi and Uber may not go directly to the front door, making transportation of luggage difficult.

Property was located in a sketchy (needles on the ground in the morning) area of Trastevere. Very noisy late into the night (3am) with no ability to block out noise. The apartment is spacious as advertised, however furniture is dated and dirty. The overall cleanliness was very poor, as in mold in the showers and it is clear that it has not been deep cleaned in a couple of years.I would not recommend this place to stay unless its the only thing available in the area and even then I would think twice.

Great neighborhood for dining and access to tourist sites! Lively at night if that is your jam! Very spacious, bedrooms separated nicely, hosts are amazing and put up with a lot of snafus on our end. Would definitely book again!

Hosts did a great job of welcoming us into the property, meeting us in person and showing us around - a pleasant change from battling with electronic padlocks. Place was super clean, with a nice little welcome drink / snack as we arrived tired. Rooms were as advertised, nice and spacious, everything worked fine. Hosts worked extra hard when we left behind a package after checking out - Thank You! We wanted a lively stay in Trastavere - we got it. Great nightlife, access to restaurants, street energy. that said, some of our party definitely benefited from bringing earplugs to block out street noise - maybe not a bad idea to pack some of those. Thanks again, would be happy to return.

Overwhelming cleaning chemical smell that lasted during the stay. Sheets were old, couches were old and dirty. I asked for a spare set of sheets to cover the couches so we could sit…they said it would be $50 fee (bizarre!). Photos make the place look nicer than it is. Poor quality stay but nice location.

Wonderful

Trastevere is an interesting neighborhood in Rome. It’s very bohemian with graffiti galore and narrow cobblestoned streets. At night, the streets come alive with live music performances, packed cafes, restaurants and piazzas. This apartment is on the 4th floor of a walk-up. The apartment was spacious and clean, with a washer/dryer and all the necessary appointments. Everything was close by and walkable or a short taxi ride away. Host was wonderful - responsive and welcoming! Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful city!

What an amazing neighborhood, culture, experience. We loved every minute of it and the location could not have been better.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a great location in Trastevere. As a warning to future guests, this apartment was broken into on our first night while we were out. The managers of the accomodation were very responsible and very helpful - Federico immediately came over and arranged for the lock to be fixed, and Emiliano was incredibly generous with his time as we needed help to communicate with Italian police. Just be aware that this apartment is known as a tourist residence, and protect your belongings accordingly. I would stay here again, I just wouldn’t leave my passport in the apartment next time!

Ample space for a family of four. The property is located in the heart of Trastevere, with about a 30 min walk to the Vatican, the Colosseum, or Piazza Navona (where most tours meet). There are numerous restaurant options within 5 minutes from the building. The only improves to the property would be the shower size in the master bathroom (imagine showering in a submarine). And be prepared to climb 66 stairs to get to the apartment. The booking staff (Simona) was great and arranged transportation to and from the airport for us. We enjoyed our time at this property and would come back again.
