Stayed May 21, 2023Wow, what a place. Boat house in a perfect location with a beautiful view. Property and house kept immaculate. Located (1 min boat ride) around the corner from Spicers Marina. I was fortunate to use one of Brian’s boat slips and was able leave it in the slip for the duration of of the trip. The place is awesome to say the least and couldn’t have went better. Thanks again for everything, Brian.
