Apartment located within an ancient palace of 400 where once was born the namesake theater Real Teatro Umberto I°, the house is located a stone's throw from the artistic wonders of the historic center of Palermo, within the Arab-Norman route recognized heritage of 'UNESCO .



The accommodation, located on the second floor without an elevator, opens onto the living area consisting of a sofa, dining table and television; in the same room is the kitchen complete with the mainequipment. From the living area there is access to a small balcony. Continuing is the sleeping area composed of a queen-size bed. A bathroom with shower stall completes the layout of the house.



*Palermo is a vibrant and ever-changing city. Its historic center pulses with life day and night and is the subject of an urban redevelopment project. It is possible to hear noises due to the presence of construction sites, but also of clubs and meeting spots for tourists and residents.



*The apartment is located in the ZTL (limited traffic zone) area, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the nearby parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.
