This holiday flat promises seclusion from the noise of the street and offers a calming view of the forest, which is ideal for relaxing after a day of adventure. Thanks to its proximity to the valley stations of the Weiße Arena Flims-Laax mountain lifts, which are just a few minutes' walkaway or can be reached directly from the front door via a free shuttle bus with a guest card, it is the perfect starting point for your mountain adventures.

The interior of the flat fulfils all requirements for a comfortable stay. In the living area there is a pull-out double sofa bed, a spacious dining area for six people, connected to a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a swivelling flat screen TV. There is also a shower room with WC.
The upstairs bedroom has a large double bed, two single beds and a second WC with washbasin for added comfort.
Please note that the upper bedroom is accessible via a steep staircase and is not suitable for guests with walking difficulties. We recommend that they stay on the lower floor.

Outside there is a beautifully maintained complex with a large outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and a children's playground.
