Quietest 2/2 Flat in Central Dublin. Ideal Location - 15 min Walk to Everything

Great location in Dublin, close to pretty much everything just as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked and the place is very comfortable. Easy communication with the owner and local support. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Our host was excellent, there was not a question I had that wasn’t answered prior to our arrival. The location is perfect for exploring the city. There are bus stops just outside, both city buses and the hop on/hop off sightseeing bus. There are many shops, pubs & restaurants within walking distance. We explored much of Dublin on foot our first day. The flat is as quiet as advertised. Despite the night life in Temple Bar the only thing I could hear in the flat were seagulls in the courtyard. The beds were comfortable and we had ample linens for the bathrooms. I’d highly recommend this location for a stay in Dublin.

So close to grocery shopping, restaurants & sights. Super easy to catch a taxi or public transportation. Eating at the Church was awesome with interesting surroundings, really good food & fantastic Irish music & clogging. Only a 4 block walk!

Quiet and steps from everything is absolutely correct. We walked everywhere and directly outside are bus stops.Groceries are just a couple of blocks away.

The flat is clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The location is superb, and so close to the city center and all it has to offer. We were able to walk almost every place went in Dublin! Don't miss a visit to The Sweetest Thing next door, best pastries and coffee we had !

This is, as advertised, a remarkably quiet flat, particularly given that the street is a major throughway, with bus stops all along in front of the property. As soon as you pass through the main door, the noise is cut off, and the flat, overlooking a charming inner courtyard, is completely quiet, comfortable, well-appointed and a great base for exploring Dublin.

The flat was exactly as described, clean, and the directions were clear and easy to follow. The bed I slept in (the king size) was wonderfully comfortable so you will be fully rested when you head out to explore. The location provides you with easy access to anywhere you need to go in the city centre. You are close to coffee shops, restaurants, small markets (for grocery or beverage needs), pubs, and short walks to any public transport you may need. The required key access to enter the building and lift offer you an added layer of security, and the location is very quiet considering its central location. The only sounds we really heard were seagulls and some music from the block behind on the weekend when standing out on the balcony, but inside was quiet and peaceful.

Very close to Temple Bar area, we enjoyed the area years ago, not so much this time. The apartment is very clean with modern equipment including good washer dryer. A little tight, but typical of urban properties. All in all a good stay.

The location is perfect. We walked everywhere in the city from the flat. It was cozy, quiet and had everything we needed. And just a short walk across the Ha’penny Bridge and there was night life. Many nice shops nearby for coffee, dessert, breakfast and lunch.

I am not sure if a better location exists for a two bedroom two bath condo in Dublin. David, the owner, was very detailed in his communications, and I look forward to staying at his place on a return trip to Dublin. Very clean and the condo had everything we needed. I never had to call David during our trip because everything was explained in full either beforehand, or in detail in the book that was in his flat.

Location is about as good as it gets for restaurants, shopping, museums, Trinity College, and public transportation. Comfortable for 4 adults. Quiet apartment. We would stay here again without hesitation.

The apartment is exactly has described. Everything was clean and ready on our arrival. The garden area is just beautiful looking down from the fourth floor balcony. This is close to everything. We walked to everything we wanted to see. Temple Bar is a ten minute walk.

Out of 7 locations in 10 days, this was by far our favorite. Very well appointed, comfortable, and very quiet! If ever I get to go back to Dublin I will try to stay there again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is so close to everything but it is truly quiet. Even the seagulls didn’t bother us in the morning. The building is secure because you have to have a key to enter and call the elevator. David is truly a wonderful host. If this place is available get it while you can. It checked every box we needed for a place in Dublin.

We had a great time in Dublin, the flat being right in the Centre and yet quiet. It had all it said, the communication with the owner was flawless. There's a lot of information to be read beforehand, but in the end everything worked out fine. This was my second time in the flat and I'd do it again.

Very comfortable home for our family of 4. Super quiet since apt was on the courtyard side. Plenty of space for us to spread out. Location in Dublin couldn’t be beat! Hosts were amazing!

If you are looking to explore Dublin City Centre, this is the best location! 10 minute walk or less to Dublin Castle, Book of Kells, Jeanine Johnson, Temple Bar.Plus there are numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities.The flat was perfect for us, quaint. Loved the balcony. Loved opening windows in mornings and listening to the birds and the city come to life!

Very central to most sites in the core of Dublin. Quiet and comfortable. Easy access to tram and rail.

The flat was well equipped, clean and quiet, we loved it so much! We were able to walk most places and only had to walk 1 block to watch St Patrick’s day parade. It was like a home away from home and we were sad to leave

An ideally located unit in the heart of Dublin with lots of space and all amenities for a comfortable stay. Loads of room for 4 adults. The Host is very friendly and responds to any queries very quickly. A great place to stay!

Small, tidy, clean flat on 4th floor. We stayed over New Year, and it was still pretty quiet in this flat.Very detailed information contained in the property. Very convenient having a clothes washer & dryer.Our main disappointment was the lift was out of service for a few days, and it was a killer climbing 4 sets of stairs! But I think this is unusual,

David was an excellent communicator. He leaves a book of information for you in the flat which has everything to assist you for your trip. We never figured out the tv but didn't really need it, as we were exhausted each day from exploring. You could not ask for a better location. It is close to O'connell bridge and many cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. Its maybe a ten minute walk to Temple bar area. It is in a convenient and safe area (although Ireland is pretty safe in general). We found everything we needed in the apartment including U.S. type washer/dryer and Euro plug adapters. We met the cleaning person and he was kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this Host and apartment.

Very quiet apartment in the centre of Dublin, close to everything. Lots to see and do. Fantastic Dublin zoo. Great Irish night entertainment. We had a fabulous stay.

Overall, the property was as advertised. It was clean and very well located for most of the sights we wanted to visit, and it was just a few minutes walk from many good restaurants and pubs. The owner was very responsive and proactive. The apartment was comfortably furnished, and the true king-sized bed was very welcome. Only issue was at check-in as it was very stressful to accomplish it with a car. If we had arrived by taxi without a car it would have been much smoother. Overall we definitely recommend this property for a visit to Dublin.

Our host David Plummer was an excellent communicator and his place was exceptional. A very clean comfortable condo with exceptional security. The location just 2 blocks from Trinity College and other points of interest were in close proximity. I never took a train or other type of transport as I could walk everywhere. There were great pubs right outside his door a grocery store nearby etc. Just excellent.

The unit was very clean and just as advertised in the description. Great location, could walk to most everything or use a Taxi or Hop On Hop Off bus. Dealing with the owner, David, was a big positive. He is responsive prior to and during our stay when needed. Getting the keys was quick and easy. We stayed for a week and found using the showers, washer/dryer and kitchen equipment was simple- but you gotta read the booklet in the unit. It’s all self explanatory!a great week in a super location!

This was a wonderfully comfortable unit with everything you needed. It was a great location and other than the sea gulls that were extraordinarily loud if the windows were open it was quiet and safe. A great attribute was the washer/dryer. Owner was great but extremely detailed in his encyclopedic instructions. I would certainly recommend this place!

The flat is in the heart of things, but still quiet. The book in flat was the most complete information we'd ever seen. Great for accessibility for my brother-in-law who can't do stairs. I loved meditating in the courtyard. We enjoyed the Celtic Nights show at the Arlington Hotel, just steps away. We appreciated the North American comforts, like face cloths and a sheet between us and the thick duvet. We enjoyed drinks from the Sweetest Thing several times, especially the Guinness hot chocolate and the Bailey's hot chocolate.

The flat was perfect for our needs. It was clean, quiet and well appointed. We could walk to most of our city destinations. Otherwise public transportation was readily available. I would book it again.
