Lovely, spacious, bright warm apartment. Very peaceful, situated on George’s dock with south facing balcony overlooking the water.
Accommodation comprises entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave etc.

    Anne is a fantastic host. She was helpful, courteous and easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean and comfortable. From shampoo and plush towels to crisp linen and kitchen necessities, nothing was lacking. The location was convenient and very quiet. As it is a gated complex surrounded by water, traffic noise was non-existent. Only the occasional cooing of pigeons could be heard. Most areas of interest are within walking distance including the Epic Museum (5 minute walk), the Temple Bar neighbourhood (20 minute walk) and the Guinness Storehouse (50 minute walk). The check-in process seemed complicated at first since the keys were in a location away from the complex. However, with the help of a very friendly couple who offered assistance, everything went smoothly.

    We had a wonderful experience staying at Anne's home in Dublin. The location could not have been more perfect. A few minutes from your door and you are on a pedestrian bridge crossing the Liffey River where Trinity College, the National Gallery, and Merion Square are all very short distances away. Transit options are also great given its location next to Connolly and George’s Dock Stations. The apartment itself is all up to date, appliances working perfectly, impeccably clean, spacious, comfortable and very reasonably priced. While I normally reserve my accommodations after getting the flight ticket, if I'm in Dublin again I just might do the reverse - that is make sure this unit is available and reserve it, then fuss with the tickets.

    Our stay (myself, husband, three teenage kids and my mother) was very enjoyable. The apartment was comfortable and clean, and its location was very convenient, especially relative to the main bus depot. Anne was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to relay information about transportation, directions, and the surrounding area. Seamless check in and check out experience. I had a few questions during our stay, and Anne’s replies were prompt and helpful. Highly recommend this property for anyone’s stay in Dublin!

    This apartment was in a gated off little complex that made it peaceful and quiet even though it's an easy walk to pretty much all of the sights and attractions in central Dublin. We had a car rental that we basically didn't use because of how walkable it was. I'd you so want to get out further (zoo, Guinness, etc) there is public transport very close by. The apartment itself was clean and plenty of space for our family. Would definitely stay again.

    This apartment really delivered! Plenty of space, bright, excellent kitchen, and nice balcony. Quiet, safe, and upscale part of town. It is well located next to Connelly train station, with many excellent coffee shops nearby, but we walked to nearly everything we were interested in seeing because the city is quite compact. Anne was vey helpful in our preparations. We had a memorable stay and would come back to this property in a heartbeat.

    Perfect for our 4 adult family. Good location to walk to transit or Temple Bar area and more. The complex is built over water and fully gated. Neat vibe. Couple of small negatives: walls need touching up. Looking a bit dirty. Windows in master bedroom wouldn’t open.

    We enjoyed and peaceful and comfortable stay here. Very well equipped apartment, with plenty of space to relax, and everything you need provided.The immediate surroundings and very quite and peaceful, yet the location is really convenient to the city centre and public transport (the Luas tram 1 minute away, and Connolly train station just a short stroll). Very highly recommended!
