Quiet top floor apartment with indoor pool

This is a very nice, well maintained property at a great location if you have any business on campus. Heather is great host.

Yes, the place was perfect for us, definitely quiet, kitchen well furnished, plenty of blankets and pillows, and a cozy gas fireplace. We also enjoyed the community pool and hot tub. Thanks for providing a nice place for us while we visited in Grand Junction.

Heather’s space was convenient and comfortable, within close driving distance to downtown, and nearby Fruita, where we spent most of our time while in CO.

Good size apt with 2 separate bedrooms, 1 king and 1 queen. Everything you need in the kitchen including dishwasher.We had 1 hiccup w/quick owner response. Thank you!

The beautiful property, my son & i stayed, was just perfect for us! Heathers place is so clean & prepared for us, the moment we arrived! All we needed was groceries! We went site-seeing daily, and looked forward to coming home to eat & watch movies, as we love to do... and the beds were so comfy! My son liked the shower head! The favorite memory of staying at this condo was the daily morning & often evening walk to see sunset, at this lake, we walked around, with ducks & it was so God peaceful! Loved IT!

This place was perfect for our family of 3. It was quiet, clean and well maintained. It’s close to everything and the airport is literally 6 minutes away. This host is amazing and checking in and out was seamless. Yes it’s on the 3rd floor but not to worry you enter the building on the second floor so you only go up a few flights of stairs. I highly recommended this place and would definitely stay there again.

Clean organized property with a very comfortable Kiny Size Bed. We loved it. Pool was nice as well.

My husband and I stayed over Thanksgiving weekend. Check-in was easy. Heather sent us a welcome message letting us know to contact her if there were any issues. We did have a couple of questions and Heather was quick to answer. The condo is on the third floor. Don't let that worry you. You enter the building on the 2nd floor. The condo is a corner unit with a north/east exposure. The building with the pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym is next to the condo. While the condo is on a well-traveled street not far from the new LDS temple, it is a quiet location. The king bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. The sitting area had a loveseat and recliner. The electric fireplace was nice to have. There are plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, and cookware. We were pleased with our stay. The next time we are in Grand Junction we plan to stay again.

Property is exactly as described. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything one would need. The shower head is a little short but had good pressure! I would definitely stay here again.
