Stayed Jun 25, 2022We arrived on Saturday 25 June 2022, the property was reasonably clean, we discovered the parasol was broken, it took 5 days for owners to supply replacement, even though they admitted that last renters broke it. The oven is a microwave, the property management team didn’t know how to work, “jet “ setting. They had 2 page list of rules but written in French. TV only French channels. Crockery chipped and mis matched, 3 champagne flutes, one chipped were the only wine glasses. Electric bbq, wasn’t provided as stated, management company came but it didn’t work and no replacement supplied. Double bed is actually 2 single bed bases with king size mattress, therefore our bedding didn’t fit. Owners response abrupt and unhelpful, informing us that management company would solve our problems but management company had not received authorisation to provide parasol, bbq or wine etc. Building work in adjacent properties and weekend party house across the road, disturbing sleep. The shower is good and modern and property situation close to town, beach and restaurants, those are the only positive experiences we had. Thank you to Anne Sophie and her colleagues but they did not have the financial authority to solve the problems we encountered. Would we recommend this property, definitely not!!
