Blocks from our daughter. Very nice basement apartment. Quiet and comfortable. More kitchen than we needed.

Stayed here several times in the last year and will continue to stay here. Great location in a nice walking neighborhood. Shops and dining a couple blocks away. Clean with all the amenities that you need. If we had a problem it was taken care of.

It was located in a lovely neighborhood with free parking nearby. (We parked once and either walked or used public transportation, so I don't know how easy it was to park at busier times.) There were many bars, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Public transport was a bit of a hike, but in the nice fall weather, it was fine. The place itself was spotless, comfortable and well stocked. (Coffee, tea, sugar, powdered creamer in the apartment) There were small grocery stores nearby. It was a basement apartment, but the noise from above was minimal and in one bedroom, it was possible to run the fan to create a white noise barrier.

Our stay was great. Home was clean and exactly as pictured. The hosts were great and left us some souvenir hats for the Chicago marathon, which was very thoughtful! The neighborhood is very quiet and very pretty!

I was in town to attend and perform in a dear friend’s wedding. This property was in a lovely neighborhood only 15 minutes walk to almost every event I needed to attend, and I could relax and enjoy peace in between. I hope I can stay again.

Very clean house, quiet neighborhood. Only issue- parking was difficult to find if you didn’t find a spot early in day. Easy walking to great coffee shops, bars & restaurants.

This was an ideal location for me as my daughter lives just down the block. Though I didn’t smell anything adverse I did find myself congested the last few mornings and wondered if it might have been due to part of the unit being below ground level. Otherwise the unit was clean and comfort and had everything I needed except dishwasher soap

We stay here whenever we visit our son in Chicago. Great location and walking neighborhood. Coffee shops, restaurants and bars a couple blocks away. Unit is always clean.

This apartment was perfect for my teenage daughter and myself. We came to town for 2 weeks. The location was perfect for our long stay. Easy to walk to restaurants and a grocery store. Super easy to get to the bus as well. Place was very clean, well stocked and the beds very comfortable. It is on a beautiful and quiet street. The concierge service the owner uses was super responsive! We had one small plumbing issue that was taken care super fast, within an hour! Then the next day they sent in a cleaning crew to clean the bathroom and I did even ask for it! Talk about top notch service!!We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in this very clean unit. It was nicely furnished with all essentials and is in a quiet lovely neighborhood with trees and is close to public transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time we stayed here in the last 6 months and will be staying again in July. Very clean it has everything you need. Great quiet neighborhood with coffee shops and restaurants only a few blocks away. Every morning after breakfast I would walk the neighborhood then grab a coffee at a shop on Division St.

We were looking for a place near our daughter and son in law. They were expecting a new child and we needed to be close by to support them. This place was great. Super clean. Only missing amenity was washer/dryer. Not really good space for that and we worked around it. There is a wash/fold two blocks away on NWestern Ave.

The wife and I stayed here for five nights in December. Communication and checkin was easy. The unit was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels.It came with plenty of kitchen utensils except for no cereal bowls. Not sure why. Even though it was cold outside the heat kept the place nice and warm. The location was excellent. Nice quiet neighborhood. Walk a couple blocks to Division St where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The only thing that I wish the unit had besides the cereal bowls I mentioned was a place to put your cloths after unpacking. There was plenty of closet space to hang things but no chest of drawers to put your other clothing. So basically you're living out of your suitcase. Since it was just me and my wife we stored our cloths on the bed in the other bedroom. So thats why I gave it four stars instead of five. We will definitely stay here again its right around the corner from family we visit.

This place is fastidiously tidy/ clean, very wl equipped and comfortable, located in a great neighborhood for walking and transit (Metra). We were able to park relatively easily on the street and communication was excellent. Highly recommended, we were very comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay here. Really nice set up in the apartment. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom. The living room was well set up. The location was terrific as we absolutely adored the Ukranian Village area and a short walk to Wicker Park.

Great location. Property manager was quick with responses to any of our questions
