Stayed Aug 5, 2025This place was just as-advertized, cozy and had all the basic amenities, including air conditioning which was a definite perk! Awesome location walking distance from the beach, which was my main reason for booking. One thing I might add would be a couple of beach towels for guests to use, but other than that it was exactly what we were looking for!

Stayed Jul 31, 2024I have to have a firm bed, good water pressure in the shower, and plenty of AC for me to really enjoy my stay. This pad excelled in all these categories! It was clean and well equipped!

Stayed Apr 20, 2024Very quiet, safe, sweet small place, all the basics provided. Enjoyed our visits to coast beaches, local restaurants and Point Loma! Thought airplane noise might bother our sleep , but it did not. Parking was limited when we arrived on a Saturday, but then improved. Thank you!

Stayed Sep 3, 2023Great spot easy walk to everything. Had a small issue with the TV but the host answered us very quick and had someone come by the house to fix it in less than an hour. Highly recommend perfect for the price.
