NEED MORE SPACE -
We have few additional rentals located nearby. Reach out if you’d like to book more than one space together for a group stay. The additional homes can sleep up to 10 more guests.

PARKING - You may park in front of the entrance. If you have more than one vehicle you can park back-to-back.

MINI-SPLITS - Mini-Split Remote + Checkout Guide
The living room and the bedroom has its own mini-split unit for personalized heating and cooling. They`re easy to use once you know a few key tips:

Basic Operation
ON/OFF – Powers the unit on or off

MODE – Cycles between settings:
– ❄️ Snowflake = Cool
– ☀️ Sun = Heat
– 🔁 FAN = Auto heat/cool – Adjusts fan speed

Up/Down Arrows – Adjust the temperature

TURBO – Speeds up cooling or heating

LIGHT (this shows the temperature numbers on the unit ), if it`s to much at night and bothers you just hit the LIGHT button and it`ll turn off.

⚠️ All units must be set to the same mode
To work properly, all four units must be set to the same setting (Cool or Heat Only). For example, if the living room is set to Cool, the bedrooms must also be on Cool. If one is set differently, the system may stop working.

* 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping Indoors OR anywhere in the property!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. A minimum $400 smoke remediation fee will be charged if this rule is violated.


* 🎉 No Parties, Events, or Gatherings
Parties of any kind are not permitted. Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.


* 👥 Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Unapproved visitors or overnight guests are not permitted.


* 🤫 Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially outdoors.


* 🐾 Pets Must Be Approved in Advance
Unauthorized pets are not allowed. No barking or aggressive pups. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets and any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning fees.
A minimum $200 unapproved pet or waste left behind remediation fee will be charged if this rule is violated.


* 🚗 Parking Rules
Park only in designated areas. Do not block driveways, sidewalks, mailboxes, or neighboring properties.


* 🪑 Respect the Property
Please do not move furniture or take indoor furniture outside. Any missing or damaged items will be charged accordingly.


* 🔥 No Candles or Open Flames
Candles, fireworks, and other open flames are not permitted anywhere on the property.


* 🚫 Illegal Activities Prohibited
Illegal drugs, criminal activity, and weapons are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate removal from the property.


* 💥 Damage Must Be Reported Immediately
Accidents happen—please notify us immediately. Failure to report damage may result in additional charges.


* ⏰ Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts must be approved in advance. Unauthorized late departures may result in additional charges.


* 📹 Exterior Security Cameras
Exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the property for safety and insurance purposes. Tampering with security equipment is prohibited.


* ❌ Violation of House Rules
Failure to follow these house rules may result in additional fees, immediate termination of your stay, and removal from the property without a refund.
