Quiet apartment close to the Town Hall sq

The apartment was super clean and in a great location. Many restaurants within 2 blocks. Also a mini market a block away. We recommend this apartment.

Great location on a pedestrian street, plenty of beds, nice view from the living room windows. Washer/dryer was a little confusing to operate, even though the host gave us a quick tutorial, we were exhausted from traveling and weren’t really paying attention.

Could use more ice trays and a kitchen flat spatula. Better instructions on tv and WiFi

Spacious apartment in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping. Unit was clean, bedrooms were quietly isolated away from the street noise, and the location was excellent for walking to all the major parks and attractions in the old section of Valencia. We really appreciated the 6 nights we stayed.We recommend to the host that she provides instructions in the unit for operating appliances (like the washer/dryer and dishwasher) and the a/c so guests can use them efficiently. If any amenity, like a tv, needs special instructions to connect and operate, they should also be provided. Please include any exit requirements so your guests can plan their final day. In all the VRBOs we have stayed around the world, such information has been included in the language of the guest.Again, our appreciation to the host for a great experience.

The central air conditioning, two bathrooms, and walkable location - just off the plaza— were perfect for a summer visit to Valencia with our adult kids. We were three minutes from the Valencia Nord train station. Shopping and dining were outside our door and we always felt safe. The large windows with electric shades were fantastic. The primary bed was not comfortable at all, it’s probably time for a new mattress.

Perfect location. Perfect apartment and very friendly meet and greet. Could not fault anything with this property and would definitely come back. Have already recommended to friends.

We could not have stayed in a more perfect spot in Valencia. So easy to access from the Valencia train station and the metro access was steps away. Easy to walk and ride anywhere we wanted to go. The hosts were friendly and very accommodating

My family of 5 ( kids ages 8-4) had a great time in Valencia. The apartment was as described and provided a nice spot for us to stay. Great location- easy access to pubic transportation, walkable and near a bunch of restaurants. The hosts provided some great food and activity recommendations in a book they left about Valencia. Because it’s a busy section of the city, it was a little noisy. Would recommend staying here. .

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Valencia. The unit was clean, comfortable and centrally located. Communication with the host was easy. Most of the places we wanted to experience were within a short walk from the unit. We even ventured on foot to the City of Arts and Sciences. Valencia has such a cool vibe and you really feel right in the middle of it all when staying here. We highly recommend this unit if you want to be close to everything Valencia has to offer.

The apartment is right in the middle of the Old town amongst all the hustle & bustle. We were contacted on the day by the cleaner Raquel who let us get into the apartment 2 hours earlier which was very helpful and straight away she got myself a beer & my daughter an ice-cream so that was a very nice welcome. The apartment is laid out well and has everything you could possibly need including air-con. Even though the street below is very busy especially at night time once you close the door to the bedrooms you can't hear a thing. Overall it is a fantastic apartment and I would 100% stay here again.

Great stay at this apartment ... highly recommend

This apartment is ideally located on a street with lots of restaurants and shops. It is a short walk to many places we enjoyed. Because the bedrooms are in the back of the apartment, the noise from the nightlife didn’t bother us. Pilar was a wonderful host, who quickly responded to questions and made check-in easy. The only problem was that the apartment smelled like cigarette smoke. In retrospect, I should have noted that the listing did not mention a no smoking policy. That’s my fault. The smell permeated everything in the apartment, even our clean clothes. Lesson learned.

The apartment is really in the middle of everything. Everything is on walking distance. Lot’s of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Also a supermarket is nearby. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The beds are for Spanish meaning really spacious. Communication with the owner/manager was very easy and always a quick reply. Also a big advantage is the metro station Xativa is really very close.
