Please note that access to the apartment from the carpark/garage area involves one external flight of stairs. Guests should ensure they are comfortable with this arrangement before booking.



Bedding Configuration



Bedroom 1: Super King Size Bed (can be split into 2 Singles)

Bedroom 2: Two Single Beds (can be made into a Super King Bed)



If you wish to change the standard bed configuration, please notify us at least three days before your arrival. Requests to change the setup after arrival will incur a $100 fee per bed to cover the cost of our external cleaners, who will arrange the beds and provide fresh linen.



Baby Accessories

Upon request, we can provide a portacot and high chair for your convenience. Please let us know at least three days prior to your arrival if you require these items.

- We welcome all guests and ask that you care for the apartment responsibly.

- The home is exceptionally clean, featuring high-quality hotel-grade linen, towels, and pillows for all beds.

- No pets, parties, smoking, or vaping are permitted.

- The apartment accommodates a maximum of four guests.

- The guest making the reservation should ideally be over 25 years old. If you are under 25, please contact us before booking to discuss your reservation.
