• Damage deposit: $25 pre-authorization on your credit card, released after departure provided no damage, missing items, or extra cleaning required.
• Pet fee: $75 per pet per stay (1–6 nights) or $150 per pet per stay (7–30 nights); maximum 2 pets, 100 lbs per pet.
