The inside if the place was very modern and beautiful. It’s a reverse floor plan so getting to the bedroom and bathroom was down a very narrow and “creepy” spiral staircase. It’s an “up and coming “ location, however, the building attached to one side is boarded up with graffiti on it. The other buildings look totally renovated like the one we stayed in. There were a few minor issues with things inside, but the host was quick to respond and told us they would be resolved once we left

Very nice place and convenient to downtown, but not within walking distance. I would have given 5 stars, but there was no iron and we had to wear wrinkle clothes to our first event.

An easy location for a girls weekend in Cincinnati. Parts of the neighborhood were perfect for walking around OTR. Other parts are in transition. It was a good landing spot for us after being out all day.

My husband and I are very pleased with this property, very clean and had everything we needed. We were not able to use the egg chairs in the balcony due to weather conditions but we enjoy our stay. Property has a great location. Host offers great communication. Thank you

The property was exactly what I expected, view from the balcony and egg chairs was our favorite part. Heaters on the lower level were very effective! Only thing is the stair case was a little bit shaky - didn’t bother us but you can always use the building staircase to get between levels if you don’t love it. Over I’ll great stay and fast responses from the owner!

It was just my boyfriend and I staying there to visit the city, great location. Main hallway kind of smelled like sewage but other than that we loved the apartment

Spent a couple nights here while sight seeing around Cincinnati. The location is perfect for any downtown activities, and is a comfy spot for a night in watching TV as well. Just blocks from great food and Findlay Market. Property manager was quick to answer questions. Very little complaints!
