Stayed Feb 13, 2026Great location in Charlotte. Very convenient to uptown, Spectrum Center and restaurants. Host is very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 11, 2026Sergio was an excellent host! Check in instructions were clear, concise and work perfectly! His face was clean, matched the pictures, and met our needs perfectly! We will be staying with Sergio again in the future and I would highly recommend him and his space if you’re in Charlotte and need a comfortable walkable place to stay!

Stayed Dec 13, 2025The apartment was very cozy and loved the comfort of the mattress!! It was also very clean and easy to access with just a few minutes walk to the Spectrum Center.

Stayed Dec 22, 2023We stayed at the studio over the Christmas holidays. The space is warm and inviting and extremely convenient in terms of its central location within Charlotte and the uptown area. Although techincally a studio, there is enough division between the sleeping area and the living room for someone to nap comfortably away from others (as long as quiet is maintained in the main living space). We were also able to entertain a small number of friends on Christmas Eve without feeling cramped. Communications with Sergio were clear and timely and we would definitely stay again in the future.
