Stayed Oct 20, 2024Nearly all the properties for rent are four Plexes that were built in the 50s and 60s. As gentrification.. of Delray Beach continues, most of these properties will be sold and demolished for the lot. The highlight of this property is the location, pool and outdoor amenities.. Easily walkable to Atlantic Avenue and then Eastwardto the beach. As mentioned in the first paragraph, this property, like all the others, is showing its age. Areas for improvement; front door locks and fit, bedsheets worn and threadbare, Alley parking spot very tight. And you might want to let the host know if you are allergic to the plug-in air deodorizers because two are in the unit. I had a bad allergic reaction for the first two days until I discovered and unplugged them.

Stayed May 24, 2024What a wonderful stay. This was a last minute business trip and the location was ideal. Close to highway if you need to drive and Delray hot spot is within walking distance! The place was clean and quiet. Laying in the pool was also needed and the free parking appreciated.

Stayed Apr 13, 2024We went to the art fair that was without walking distance from the house which was great because it was so crowded. We stayed all day, took a boat ride. Ate at fantastic restaurants and walked home to our cozy, comfy bed. Great time.
