Quaint Modern Beach Studio Condo

We wish we had stayed somewhere else! At first glance, this place looks really nice, then you slowly start discovering all the issues. First off, when arriving there, we found that there is no parking available. You need to park on the street at least a block away (if your lucky). Or, you can pay an extra 30/night for a parking spot-still a block away. Once we got into the unit, we found that there is nowhere to even unpack, all the cupboards and closets are already filled with the owners stuff. We lived out of our suitcases during our stay. Plenty of space for your bathroom stuff though, the medicine cabinet was empty. Most of the space seems like it has been updated and kept up. Then you see the ceiling fan, heat register, and tub. All are disgusting!The shower.. ugh. It has a rain shower head and a handheld shower head. If you are lucky enough to find the right combination of where to put the handles, you can use either one. And its very questionable if you will get any hot water or not. There was no way were we even going to use the tub. Far too disgusting.The light/lighting in this place is nuts. The lights are so bright you could light up the whole block! With the glass entry door, and the skylights, don't expect to get much sleep due to all the constant light coming in. We weren't able to sleep past 7am at all during our stay. We were really happy to leave this place once our trip ended. I'm hoping this review will trigger some repairs/cleaning for the owners!

It’s the perfect spot if you focused on beach. No parking, no AC or heat, bed is …. but… it’s right on the beach!

Room was modern and clean. Although it’s not beach front, it’s about as close as you can get for the price. Only a very short walk. The tub/shower is a little difficult to get in and out of. But that is the only “con” that I could give this unit. I would stay there again.

Perfect location! The studio was great for just 2 people, had everything we needed for a fun long weekend getaway!

Everything was perfect. The location being a few steps away from the beach was just what we were looking for. Our host was amazing. Very easy to communicate with. We decided to stay another night because our trip was going so nice. Nichole was fabulous to let us rent another property of hers just a few steps away for one more night. The studio was very clean and had great space for our luggage and beach stuff.

The condo was very clean, well stocked with any needed household supplies, and right at the beach. If you are looking for somewhere to stay with your partner this is a great choice.

This home was perfect for our family of three! So many options for food, entertainment, and beach close by. The room was spacious and cool, with gorgeous design. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. Highly recommend!!

Great place and location.

Perfection!

Even though this place has very little to offer in the way of a view when you go downstairs and hang on the patio, it’s worth it. It is also a great place to walk to everything, including the nightlife.

Great stay! Communication was easy. I loved it! It was so close to the beach I could hear the waves all night.

My husband and I came for a quick getaway before our baby is born, and this was the perfect spot. Great location, right by the beach, and walking distance to a lot of good restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!
