Quaint Duplex in Lower Greenville Area - Close to Fair Park, SMU, Knox Henderson

Great little place. Plenty of towels! Clean and walkable! Host was very easy to work with and responded quickly. I would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Dallas and would highly recommend it. The apartment is part of a charming older house that has clearly been renovated and furnished with great care and attention to detail. It combines historic character with modern comfort beautifully. Everything was very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay.The location in Lower Greenville is excellent—very walkable, and safe, with easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants. Parking on the street was never an issue, which made things especially convenient. It’s also a great base for exploring the wider Dallas area, with quick access to major attractions.Jeanie, the host, was outstanding—friendly, kind, and extremely responsive. Communication was clear and efficient throughout, and the check-in process and key handover were smooth and professional.You can really feel how much love and care has gone into this home. It has a lot of charm, is very well maintained, and offers excellent value for money. We truly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back the next time we visit Dallas. In our view, there were no negative aspects at all—everything exceeded our expectations.

Nice apartment but unusually onerous contract and rules

I’ve stayed at Jeanie’s VRBO multiple times now, and at this point it honestly feels like my home away from home. Every single stay has been consistently excellent. The space is spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed so you immediately feel relaxed the moment you walk in.Jeanie is an exceptional host. Communication is always fast, friendly, and helpful, and she clearly puts a lot of care into making sure guests have everything they need. Check-in is seamless, the home is well stocked, and all the little details are handled in a way that makes traveling feel easy and stress-free.The property itself is comfortable, quiet, and perfectly set up whether you’re visiting for a quick getaway or a longer stay. It’s one of the few places I’ve found where the listing actually underpromises and overdelivers.If you’re considering booking, don’t hesitate — I’ve returned multiple times for a reason and will absolutely keep coming back. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect location, great home, great host!

The host was very welcoming and all of the amenities were really great!! Stayed during the freeze and had very clear instructions as well on how to help with the pipes to make sure all of the utilities would stay maintained.

Everything about this place was perfect! Hot water, comfortable bed, neighborhood, quiet and private.

This was one of my many visits, and it was just as amazing as the first. The home is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything I could possibly need. The location is perfect for relaxing or exploring the area. Jeanie was incredibly gracious and as welcoming as always, making sure every detail was taken care of. I can’t recommend this place enough and am looking forward to my next visit!

Really comfy space. Jeanie has thought of all the things one might need and stocked them there. Great info on restaurants and stuff nearby and fun collection of DVDs. We had only one problem while we were there and Jeanie was on top of it immediately. Perfect location for everything we did on our trip!

This duplex was a beautiful space in a very walkable area, and very spacious too. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. My only issue was with the power outlets in the primary bedroom; none of them are exposed, they're all covered by furniture. So you have to scootch some things away from the wall to plug anything in. Other than that, it's a great stay!

Very clean and tidy place. Bring a Firestick if you want more than over-air TV but there are a lot of DVD’s, but 2 blocks from main area of Lower Greenville so why watch TV. As advertised. Parking on street but always was a spot. Quiet street and area.

Wonderful place for our weekend visit to Dallas to see our daughter and son in law. Exceptionally clean. Very quiet neighborhood. Could not ask for a better place to stay.

I stay here all the time when I come in town for business, easy parking. Great location short walk to many stores and restaurants.Jeanie is so accommodating. The weather was terrible and offered a free night stay if our flight got delayed. I will be back in June.

Nice duplex very close to nice bars and restaurants.

My sister and I needed a place to stay while visiting our sister, who lives nearby. We arrived in the evening, and our check-in was a breeze. Though it was later in the evening, we could still walk to Trader Joe's and then grab a bite to eat in the cute section of town. The unit is clean, well-stocked, and super quiet. You can’t go wrong by picking this spot.

Stayed here for trip to State fair to show livestock. We weren’t in the duplex long but it was nice and bed was comfy. Close to great places to eat on Lower Greenville and close to were we needed to be!! Hostess great too!!

In town for business, perfect place to just relax at end of day. Short walk to some really good restaurants. We will be staying here again when we are back in town.
