Quaint Apartment Near LSU

Excellent property. Great location. Excellent communication with Nicole. Train runs by every morning around 4-6am. Startled us but not terrible LOL. If your Tiger lives in South, North or West halls…excellent walking distance. We did not have to move our car all weekend.

My daughter and I found this property to be comfortable for 2 people and perfectly located for our activities. The outside of the building is unassuming, but the apartment is very nice on the inside. Communication with the owner was great and the check-in process was very easy. The walls were a little thin (we could hear the neighbors conversations and walking/running across the floor above). But even with that, I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Baton Rouge.

I wasn't sure what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised. I was in Baton Rouge for LSU Spring Fling Family Weekend to visit my daughter, and needed a place close to campus. This apartment was within walking distance of campus. The outside of the building looks a little on the rough side, but the actual apartment was very nice on the inside. The bed was super comfortable as well, and I liked how roomy the bathroom was for such a small apartment. This is perfect for two people, and could possibly be ok with three depending on sleeping arrangements because there is only one bed. The couch was very comfortable as well. The only downside that I could see some people having an issue with is that it is right beside a railroad track. While this doesn't bother me because I grew up by railroad tracks and got used to the noise, it is loud when the train first comes through.

The property was clean, communication was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for our purposes--visiting LSU on a college trip--and was convenient to great restaurants and the interstate.
