Quaint Apartment in Historic Georgetown!

Beautifully appointed, clean, safe, wonderful location. Good Hospitality. I would stay here again, definitely. So close to Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement, which is a must see if you care about horses.

Great location downtown. We could always find parking on the street, even though it is a busy area most days. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, never heard any neighbors and tv had local channels once we scanned with the antenna. Locking the door at the bottom of the stairs with a physical key when leaving was a bit annoying, and bathroom needed a deep cleaning but was fine. Bring your own fan if that’s important to you. Would consider staying again!

It was a lovely apartment! Very comfortable couches and beds! Loved the bakery downstairs. I would def recommend this apt to anyone looking to be near the KY horse park. I was there for 2 shows there back to back. Thanks!

A few friends and I were staying here during a women’s conference and we really enjoyed the place. Street parking was nice to be able to park directly in front of the door although you had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the apartment, but it wasn’t that bad. You could walk downtown and to some shops and restaurants right from your apartment door, definitely a plus! Good communication with the property manager as we needed some insight during a tornado warning! Very responsive and helpful through the entire evening.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is on the 2nd floor with a light of stairs to access the unit. It was definitely not an issue for us but could be for some people. If I'm in the Lexington area again I would definitely stay here.

Property was such a great place to use as a home base for our stay

I must be honest here we loved the place and location but it was not up to standards as far as cleanliness. The kitchen floor wasn’t swept, a dirty sponge was left on the countertop, a good layer of dust on the top of the stove. Rugs weren’t vacuumed. Ceiling fan was dirty. The floorboards in the bathroom and in the kitchenwere very dirty. The shower curtain needed to be replaced as it was stained badly on the bottom, one of the kitchen chairs was broke and the kitchen table had big pieces of wood missing from it. There is more but you get the general idea. It just needs a very good cleaning and some attention. I really feel I should get some of the charges back.

The location was great, convenient to the local restaurants and shops. Parking wasn't a problem. The apartment had everything we needed for the most part.

We booked this location based on the reviews and pictures and they were not wrong. The location was amazing to hit up all the major distilleries on the Bourbon Trail and the downtown Georgetown area was beautiful. The apartment was clean and just as described. Would recommend and stay again!

We were in town for parents weekend at Georgetown College. This apartment was within walking distance of so many cute shops, delicious restaurants and the college is just right around the corner! We will definitely be back!

Beds are comfortable, great location, but could be loud at times because of being on Main Street.

Apartment was exactly as described online. Tastefully decorated the beds were especially comfortable with high-end bedding. We especially enjoyed being on Main Street in this lovely historic town. Even though on Main Street it is quiet with plenty of parking in front and back

We enjoyed our visit which included Bourbon Trail locations as well as Churchill Downs and the Louisville Slugger museum. We liked being able to walk to dinner from our home base after a long day of driving. The noises of the city at night, such as the local fire department sirens, were something we aren't used to sleeping through and is the reason we couldn't rate 5-stars. We didn't spend much time in the apartment but it is equipped as shown in the listing photos.

A lovely fully furnished apartment in a gem of a town

The location couldn't have been more perfect - if you want to discover Georgetown, KY, this is located right in the heart of town. Parking and access is simple and there are a number of very good restaurants within easy walking distance. The owners were very good with communication, both answering questions and providing a very helpful binder introducing the town and recommending activities. The location is in a charmingly old building that's in very good condition with very high ceilings and large windows throughout. After visiting Georgetown I've fallen in love with the place, the history and the people and I hope to go back again soon. If I do, I'll be staying at this rental again, without hesitation.

We were in town for a graduation and stayed at the condo and toured Lexington and Georgetown! This was a great spot with super comfortable beds, great amenities and a very clean and quiet location. We enjoyed the restaurants / bars within walking distance and also found it was a good base to tour the area. Great spot!
