Quaint Apartment in Historic Georgetown!

Beautifully appointed, clean, safe, wonderful location. Good Hospitality. I would stay here again, definitely. So close to Old Friends Thoroughbred Retirement, which is a must see if you care about horses.

The place was nice. Beds slept well. We were not bothered by the downtown noise. Need to clean the throw rugs in the bathroom and bedrooms or replace with new throws. To use the washer we had to turn on the shut-offs. Parking on the street was fine. Didn't use the kitchen. All in all it was very nice.

We loved the pretty historic town of Georgetown. The apartment was comfortable and clean - Early homemade breakfasts, all day equestrian shows at horse park, and late dinners back in Georgetown. Perfect!

Bed bugs in bed room closest to the bathroom. VRBO credit me most of the money, host is being incredably difficuly. Photos were sent of the mattress with live bugs under it. First bug found on the wall next to the pillow, my wife and I lifted the mattress to find more. We left that night. When you walk in the place it appears very nice and clean. Except for the bed bugs. If you rent the place check under the mattress first, the mattress is very heavy. Dont expect much help from Evolve, VRBO been pretty good.

We really enjoyed the little apartment, especially loved the feel of the place - super high ceilings and windows and the horse centered decor. Also loved that there were 2 king sized beds which is pretty unusual. It was clean and beautiful with nice bedding. We loved the main street location with a great bakery right next door, a cute little used bookstore, Italian restaurant, and a gelato place all within a block away. The downside of that was that there was no parking during business hours. After about 6pm, we were able to park right in front of the door every night (we were there 5 nights). Not a huge problem except for one night when we came back earlier than usual and there was literally nowhere to park for a long ways away. So we went to dinner (loved the tiny Thai place a few blocks away! New Thai Garden) and by the time we came back we easily found a spot - just wanted other guests to be aware of the issue. Also, there is a pretty long staircase up from the street that might be a problem for some guests. But we loved it, overall and would stay there again.

Great location downtown. We could always find parking on the street, even though it is a busy area most days. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, never heard any neighbors and tv had local channels once we scanned with the antenna. Locking the door at the bottom of the stairs with a physical key when leaving was a bit annoying, and bathroom needed a deep cleaning but was fine. Bring your own fan if that’s important to you. Would consider staying again!

It was a lovely apartment! Very comfortable couches and beds! Loved the bakery downstairs. I would def recommend this apt to anyone looking to be near the KY horse park. I was there for 2 shows there back to back. Thanks!

We were very impress with our stay. The apartment was more charming than the photos! We loved the location and cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

A few friends and I were staying here during a women’s conference and we really enjoyed the place. Street parking was nice to be able to park directly in front of the door although you had to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the apartment, but it wasn’t that bad. You could walk downtown and to some shops and restaurants right from your apartment door, definitely a plus! Good communication with the property manager as we needed some insight during a tornado warning! Very responsive and helpful through the entire evening.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is on the 2nd floor with a light of stairs to access the unit. It was definitely not an issue for us but could be for some people. If I'm in the Lexington area again I would definitely stay here.

Property was such a great place to use as a home base for our stay

I must be honest here we loved the place and location but it was not up to standards as far as cleanliness. The kitchen floor wasn’t swept, a dirty sponge was left on the countertop, a good layer of dust on the top of the stove. Rugs weren’t vacuumed. Ceiling fan was dirty. The floorboards in the bathroom and in the kitchenwere very dirty. The shower curtain needed to be replaced as it was stained badly on the bottom, one of the kitchen chairs was broke and the kitchen table had big pieces of wood missing from it. There is more but you get the general idea. It just needs a very good cleaning and some attention. I really feel I should get some of the charges back.

A well-appointed apartment in the middle of downtown. In the midst of cute shops and restaurants.

The location was great, convenient to the local restaurants and shops. Parking wasn't a problem. The apartment had everything we needed for the most part.

We booked this location based on the reviews and pictures and they were not wrong. The location was amazing to hit up all the major distilleries on the Bourbon Trail and the downtown Georgetown area was beautiful. The apartment was clean and just as described. Would recommend and stay again!

We were in town for parents weekend at Georgetown College. This apartment was within walking distance of so many cute shops, delicious restaurants and the college is just right around the corner! We will definitely be back!

Beds are comfortable, great location, but could be loud at times because of being on Main Street.

Apartment was exactly as described online. Tastefully decorated the beds were especially comfortable with high-end bedding. We especially enjoyed being on Main Street in this lovely historic town. Even though on Main Street it is quiet with plenty of parking in front and back
