Quaint and Cozy

This rental was very comfortable, although the neighbors above were loud late at night. Communication with owner was EXCELLENT! The location was convenient to the Texas State Fair, Love Airport, and multiple shopping areas and restaurants! The only drawback was the lack of a hair dryer, but it was a minimal problem others should be aware of. There was, however, a steamer to take wrinkles out of clothes under the sink :-) Overall, we would consider staying there again!

It was a lovely place with no complaints besides the Wi-Fi had trouble working and we didn’t have the best cell service, but we were hardly there long enough for it to matter. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the shower and nice appliances.

Property owner seems to have a fraud going on where she accuses you of doing something you didn't do for extra charges. I opened a complaint with VRBO. I may pursue further litigation. Really disappointing and petty. Bed fitting was filthy btw.

How uses plastic utensils so if you want to eat soup too bad! No kettle, pans are scratched and so suspect, overall kitchen not equipped for someone who needs to cook. All Lyft drivers told me the neighborhood was sketchy. Outside has open trash bags on stoop. Safety light outside meant couldn’t have any natural light in the aprtment. Very exposed location to street

Upstairs neighbor was very loud walking around at all hours of the night and doing who knows what. Had to wear earplugs. First night, upstairs neighbor decided to wash their clothes at 2:30 in the morning

the description of the vrbo was underestimating how great this place was! It had everything I needed for a weekend stay in Dallas. Despite how it’s near a busy road, the black out curtains did it justice and it really wasn’t a nuisance. The place was so clean! I would definitely stay here again!

My boyfriend and I came to Dallas for an event at Fair Park. This apartment was in perfect proximity to what we had planned as well as all the other activities we did while in Dallas. The hosts were super quick to respond, even when I had a question the first night when we arrived VERY late. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. Really enjoyed our stay here!

Was a convenient location for my business in Dallas. Newly renovated building (saw the destruction process on Google Earth Streetview) and then of course, the unit itself is completely new. I'd guess less than a year. Everything looked like it was brand new right-out-of-the-box. Things I liked: Bed - new mattress, nice and firm just like I prefer. Shower, great rainfall shower with plenty of water pressure and the hot water never ran out. Heat/Air conditioning (had to try both in March stay) worked very fast. Unit supplied with plenty of linens, kitchen had everything you'd need - or at least that I needed. Unit was very clean. The only possible issue (but it wasn't for me) is that sometimes you can hear the road noise out front. Property manager responded quickly when I had a question. I would stay there again if my business brought me back.

The apartment was very nice and clean. Would stay again. Was in town for TX/OU game. Very close to fair grounds and many other things to do..

It was a good stay. the host was very responsive. It's also a safe neighborhood. Public transportation is convenient to get to downtown. It's a very comfortable apartment. It's also quiet. I would recommend it to someone who needs to stay at a location for a business trip while looking for a bargain.
