Stayed Jan 31, 2026Megan was a fantastic host. She was extremely accommodating as the hockey game we went to watch moved their start time up, and we had to ask for an earlier check-in time. She generously said that was not a problem. Communication was great. The room was comfortable, clean, and convenient. Very close to downtown college and the stadium. Even gifted us a welcome bottle of wine. Would stay again!!!

Stayed Nov 8, 2025This really worked out well for us. While not dead-center in town, the neighborhood wasn't too far away (20 Uber) and among well-kept properties. Felt very safe. The basement apartment was clean and comfortable and despite being connected to the house was fully private. Megan was great, very communicative and helpful with some gameday tailgate parking tips.

Stayed Sep 13, 2025This was such a great location and a perfect place for us to stay on a football weekend! The listing does not do the actual space justice... way bigger than anticipated and a perfect space for my family and I. Extremely clean, king bed was very comfortable, futon was great for my kids... just a really great stay. Host was excellent with her communication. Would highly recommend this listing.
