Located in Princes Square, this impressive yet personal building sits opposite the Jolly Sailor Pub and The Spar convenience store and is a 50 metre walk from the Harbour Front. The Square also has 16 Free parking spaces. Each apartment has a large bedroom with a kingsize bed and en-suite bathroom, and a separate lounge diner with a double sofa bed, a dining table to seat 4 guests and a fully functional kitchenette area. The apartment is ideally suited to a couple, however the sofa bed and cot allows for an extra guest or a small family. Your accommodation is completely private and there is no interaction required with other guests Prospect House is to the top corner of Prince's Square opposite the Jolly Sailor Public House and The Spar convenience store and is a mere 50 metre walk from the harbour front. It also has 16 free parking spaces for local residents on a first come first basis. Princes Square also is the only Square in West Looe to have 16 free parking spaces on a first come first served basis.
