Brian was excellent with communication. He checked in with us, making sure we had everything that we needed at the property. He got back to us right away with the one question that we did have. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this location.

It's a great place to stay, with everything we need, kitchen, laundry, parking and a nearby park. The host was very nice to us, offered tons of information about the area. Highly recommend, and will visit again next time we travel to Alaska

The host was great to work with. He made everything so simple from check in to check out. The upstairs tenants were very helpful and even brought a snack tray for our grandson! I highly recommend this place!!!!

Decorated nice, clean. A lot of amenities. Upstairs tennant was very kind and helpful. No view as it is in the basement with stairs. Handy location for groceries, gas and dinning. A great place to land after a day of exploring.

Property had everything was clean and tidy and nicely decorated. Property is downstairs so no outlook if you are spending some time there.

This apartment is in the perfect location. It's close to the airport as well as tourist spots and the college. Brian was very helpful with recommending activities. We would definitely recommend this property.

Our family of 5 (kids ages 16, 14 and 13) just returned from a week long stay at this property (March 10-March 17). From shortly after we booked through our stay, I feel the owner went above and beyond with regards to communicating with me and making sure we had everything we needed and wanted for our stay. He provided us a cot so we had plenty of sleeping options for our kids. He also answered several questions for me regarding activities in the Fairbanks and surrounding areas. The property itself is very clean and fully stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies. Having laundry available was fantastic as it allowed us to wash our scarves and dry our clothes after coming in from the snow. The Netflix access, playing cards and more were a nice bonus! There is also a large, private parking area which belongs to the property. The upstairs tenants, Paul and Jodilyn, were very personable and even surprised us with cheesecake and breakfast burritos. Please note this is a private rental and has separate access from the upstairs unit. As for shopping/restaurants, there are several options nearby (including grocery, coffee and fast food) and would be easy to walk to in warmer weather. Glacier Coffee was a family favorite and has everything from a variety of coffee drinks to breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Pioneer Park is practically next door and looked like a great place to enjoy during the warmer months. Thank you Brian! We'd stay again!

Brian is an amazing host. He pays attention to all the details. House was clean and well kept. Communication was excellent. And he went above and beyond in sharing local knowledge when I had questions. He’s also a thoroughly nice man. Some others had mentioned a tenant upstairs: it’s probably helpful to clarify that that is in a separate apartment above, with no direct access between the two. FWIW the tenant is very pleasant and not disruptive at all, certainly no privacy issues. Highly recommended - thanks Brian!

Brian did a great job of communicating with us and available for anything we needed. This place was perfect for us. We were visiting our son who is stationed at Ft Wainwright. We wanted a place with a kitchen so I could cook him some home cooked meals and a table/chairs for playing board games. We enjoyed every minute in Fairbanks. If you are looking for comfort and room to relax, this place will not disappoint you. I give it a 5 out of. 5.

Great location, easy check in, even with arriving at 1am. The apartment is well supplied, has everything you need for a multi day stay. The owner was very kind and responsive. It is a basement apartment so can hear the tenants above and the boiler for the building but it wasn’t a problem-just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise. We will definitely stay here again.

The property served as a home away from home with the host thinking though and making available, anything and everything needed for a family to spend a few days exploring the city while still having the option to go with a home cooked meal, fun with board games and such. Property is conveniently located.The essentials, plenty of towels

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was as described and we had plenty of supplies available. We even got a clear view of the Aurora from the house on our last night. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

I came back to Fairbanks to see two good friends get married. The weather was very cold but the apartment was toasty warm. It was the perfect size with a full kitchen, living room and a cozy bedroom, plus laundry room. Whenever I had a question Brian was extremely proactive in replying. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of hot water, and the location was ideal
