Very beautiful apartment very luxurious renovated, on the second line of the beach 50 meters from a very beautiful beach, only 500m from the famous Port of Puerto Banus, this property is located in a private residence of good standing with swimming pool, it has 2 bedrooms (possibility of a 5th child's bed), 2 bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and 2 terraces, one of which is 40 m2 with new furniture.
It is next to several restaurants and beach restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and just a 5-minute drive from the center of Marbella and the port of Puerto Banus with its restaurants and many shops.
Ideally placed to take advantage of everything on foot or by bike (Renter at 800m), promenade by the sea with cycle track or walking and jogging over 10km along the sea and beaches more beautiful than the others with their restaurants.

    Apartment is class, well equipped for everything you need. We felt really like our home. We stayed for 14 nights and I wished I book it longer. Best location, 1 min to the beach and good walk to promenade, restaurants, bars and groceries. Fred and also Helena was very attentive and helpful during our stay. Definitely very high recommendation on this apartment and will surely book it again when we come back.

    Very nice apartment with a lot of space , both in- and outside. All necessary accessories are available. Very good air conditioning. Nice pool area. The location to the beach and promenade was very near. Summary, very good holiday home with very good location.

    The location is simply better than you can think of, to the beach is real-50 m. well-equipped promenade along the sea, where in the morning you can run, play sports, along it a lot of street exercise machines, bike paths, cafes, restaurants for every taste and needs. By themselves, the residential areas around the quiet, well-kept, a lot of greenery in bloom. At our visit tourists were not enough, the season just started. Not far from the apartment there are a supermarket and the old town with shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. Many playgrounds. The apartment had everything you needed and even more. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of appliances, a lot of dishes. The kitchen has access to a large terrace, which houses a large dining table, two sunbeds, and grill. On the other hand through large cozy living room there is a large loggia with massage chair, near swimming pool and relaxation area – just behind the green fence. Of course there are comfortable 2 bedrooms, 2 showers and bath. In short, came, personal things laid out, everything else in the apartment provided and available, and starting the rest. It is noteworthy that all this is located on the first floor of an apartment three - storey building, but designed as if the apartment is a Villa. Such apartment can be recommended, I think everyone will like it. How to get there. From Malaga airport, you can take the bus to the Marbella bus station and then 79 to San Pedro by bus. Or take taxi, but it is best to rent a car at the airport, book it in advance, which is much cheaper than taking it in the city. And then you can arrange myself car tour to the nearest cities: Malaga, Ronda, Granada, Gibraltar… In addition, the Agency and the owner are always in touch with you, always kindly responded to any questions regarding accommodation, recreation.     1. Very good location. Rather quiet place but not far from Banus (20 min walk; 5 min by car), 1 min from seaside. 2. Good inftastructure. Few restaurants within 1 min walk. 3. Good furnished apartments but I would add dishwasher. I would come back
