Yes – the studio has its own private entry with a secure lock. It is fully detached from the main house and also has its own gate. Please note that the Studio is only accessible by stairs.



★Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours

Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and excessive noise is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.



★Is early check-in or late check-out available ★

While it may not always be possible due to the cleaning schedule, Early and/or late check outs may be available for a fee. It is $75 for 2 hours early/late.



★Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the amount posted on the listing. Parties & Events are strictly prohibited.
