This was one of the coolest experiences I have had. Host was amazing, the house was absolutely beautiful and unique with so much character. It was pretty much across the street from Little Caesars Arena. We had the best date night ever! Probably the last one because after hearing about how amazing it was our kids wont let us go alone again. They all want to see it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! The space is set-up very nicely, linens were impeccably clean, and the location was perfect for us.

This was our 3rd stay. What a gem! Highly recommend staying near every Detroit venue withing walking distance with free parking. Host Donavan is a gem too!

Second time staying here and it was better than the first. Owner is kind and fast with responses and I really appreciated the Detroit based soda in the fridge. Definitely will return.

The host was amazing. The amenities were fabulous. We picked this place bc of the super convenience to the hockey game we were in town for but it was beyond expectations. Loved it. Very clean

This was our 2nd stay at this awesome property., 1st time in this unit & brought family who stayed in the 2nd unit. Donavan is a great host. You will love the place and the location is perfect to walk to all of the venues in the D.

Everything was amazing!! Very nice place with all the high end amenities. Couldn't have stayed at a nicer place and really close to Ford Field for the Lions game!! Host was very accommodating and all of the instructions were to the T. He was also very responsive to any questions we had. Definitely would recommend staying here and plan on going back the next time we are staying in Detroit. Thank you!!!!!

Location is amazing

The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. Everything was very clean. We liked the shower & provided soaps. The location is ideal for any event you might be going to. Parking provided & walkable to event sites.

Room was as advertised, very clean, and close to downtown events.

Kitchen was equipped.

We loved staying here and would definitely come back. We came to Detroit for a Tigers game. It was wonderful not to have to drive home. Great experience!

What a great rental! Amazing stay. This spot has it all. The bed is very comfortable. The TV is nice. Full kitchen with a great selection of coffee. The best part is how close it is to all the big attractions. The host was very friendly and was there for what we we needed. Even though it's connected to the house it feels very private. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Detroit. 10l10!

This apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a super convenient location to walk to and from Little Caesar's arena. The space was beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything you might need. Would definitely stay again next time in Detroit.

My son and I were in town for an event that was being held at the Little Caesars Arena. As I pulled onto the property, I was greeted by Donovan. He was very friendly and gave me a little bit of history about the different venues within walking distance and also about future plans for the WNBA to come back to Detroit. The apartment had every possible amenity that you could possibly need. I appreciate the fact that it had a carbon monoxide and smoke detector as well as as a first aid kit and also a o resized window that served as a second exit in case of an emergency. The only change that I would make would be the let out couch. It was very low to the ground, but luckily my son slept on it and I was able to sleep in the ultra comfortable bed while watching tv. I would definitely book again when I’m in the area.

What a gem of a find in downtown Detroit! Great location in a beautiful historic home with proximity to so many things. The unit was as described. Clean, modern and safe with lots of character. Donavan went above and beyond as a host. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay. Absolutely the best way to see a game in Detroit. Made the drive in and game day a breeze. Super comfy bed and literally my favorite shower ever.Host was extremely fast with communication and a pleasure to work with.

Weekend trip to catch a Tiger/Cubs game. This was a perfect location, two blocks or so from stadium. Lots of restaurants in area.

This is located two blocks from Ford Field and Little cesears! The outside is a little rough looking but the space we stayed in was fine! Donovan was great and available if necessary.

Very easy walk to all venues. Comfortable bed and nice accommodations.

The location is great for events at Little Caesers Arena. It was very clean and on a quiet street, with off-street parking. The place is in the basement of the host's home. He was very considerate and helpful. It had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice. We'd stay again.

This location was amazing for access to all sporting events in downtown Detroit. Everything was easily walkable and restaurants easy to find. The exact block still shows some character, but will be built up nicely over the next couple of years. Donavan was amazing with recommendations and a friendly word. He even mailed a lost stuffed animal for my son. That kindness was greatly appreciated! Our dog was very happy in this basement apartment as it was very quiet and cool. My five and eight year old boys loved sleeping on the futon together and watching a movie. While the entrance was separate, I was expecting it to be private.

Me and my two pals were in town for a concert at Little Caesars Arena, and this was a clean and convenient spot. Appreciated the ability to walk to the show and surrounding amenities and come back to a relaxing, welcoming place to stay.

Donovan and his B&B are both, Fantastic!!! Beautifully redone apartment in the basement of his beautiful home. We stayed for a Detroit Tigers game and it took us 5 mins to walk to the stadium. Parking is located on the property, off street. Huge shower, comfortable bed and AC to keep you nice and cool. We won’t stay anywhere else in Detroit!!! Already booked for November…if you’re in town, this is your spot!!

Our friend group stayed to attend a concert at Comerica Park. This location is perfect for any event as it is completely walkable! Parking availability, time and expense are a none issue when staying with Donavan. He is an amazing host. Very responsive before arrival and during the stay. His historic home is a diamond in the rough and his restoration work is lovely. We appreciate his desire to maintain the property and the neighborhood. The suite is perfect for relaxing including the ability to cook a snack or meal. We look forward to staying again.

Awesome historic property, walking distance to downtown and great restaurants. The host, Donovan, is fantastic and made us feel so welcome and comfortable! The unit is a basement unit with A/C which worked great, as it was in the high 80s during our stay. Highly recommend!
