Private Hot Tub & Mtn Views: Garden Valley Apt!

The apartment itself was clean and presentable. However, the front door isn't lockable. There is a hook and eye type of latch on it, but there's also a 1 in gap which makes it simple to slip anything in and unlock it. We didn't leave any valuables behind when we went out. My wife and I were there for Fri., Sat. and Sun. Two adults, 3 days and we got two washcloths. I texted and asked for clean ones and was told they didn't have any more washcloths to give. We had to go out and buy washcloths so we could have a clean one for each shower. The view of the mountains in the listing from the back balcony is only half of the actual view. What you really see is a huge yard full of weeds about 2-3 feet tall, piles of scrap lumber, and old junk scrap metal plies. If they are going to use their property as a business, then they need to treat it like a business and reinvest some of their profits back into it.

Apartment was clean. Deck was nice, very limited view of the river. The hot tub didn’t work on Saturday, he came and fixed it but took till the next day to heat back up. Would suggest getting towels for guests as there were only 4 for the shower and hot tub.

Cob webs on staircase up to unit. Only had an 8” x 5” cutting board. Host quickly filled propane tank that was empty. No remote for tv. Host was very responsive.

Was a nice place to stay! Only issue was I couldn’t keep the propane fire pit to stay working!

This property was a good location and the view from the balcony was great (minus the smoke/. However, the main reason we booked this property was the hot tub but, the tub was not filled. We were very disappointed and almost left. The ad should be updated if the hot tub is not an option. Also, the coffee maker either needs instructions or needs to be evaluated for any missing pieces, the coffee just brewed where the filter normally is and didn't drip into the carafe. We did enjoy the fire pit and the grill.

The apartment was nice and the host was helpful when we had a problem with the hot tub. We chose a bad time to go because of wildfires so I can't tell you if the location was good for outdoor activities, but there were enough games to keep us entertained indoors and out of the smoke.

The loft was very comfortable & roomy. But the listing said easy river access & short walk. Short walk was 12 minutes, then the river was swift & rocky at that access. Very disappointing for the child who had walked so far & couldn't wade. Kitchen a/c would be nice

It was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I needed a weekend away and this was the perfect place. The views from the deck were exactly what we wanted, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to any requests and very friendly. We are already planning our next get away to this little hide away.

I rented it for my son And daughter-in-law for their honeymoon. They loved every minute of their stay.

Easy, great stay. Plenty of privacy and space.

I enjoyed my stay, the unit was spacious and the location was peaceful and convenient. The queen bed was very comfortable. It would have been nice to have the heater working in the bathroom and kitchen, however, the bedroom/living area heated well and was cozy. I definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay again in the future.
