Super cozy, great price, gracious hosts that anticipated our needs, but didn't intrude. I almost didn't want to give the true rating because we don't want competition when we want to come back again, haha. It was wonderful, thank you so much for hosting.

Our go to place when we stay in Post Falls. And we are there often. Clean, quiet and conveniently located.

Fully stocked kitchen, coffee maker with coffee. Even several eggs in the fridge! Quiet location and close to town services. Our 3rd stay and not our last. Very nice

It was a very nice place. Comfortable and quiet. Was an overall great place to stay. Would recommend it to anyone and would stay again if in the area.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights and this wonderful home. We found the description of the property to be accurate - in fact the actual home exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean. There was a more than adequate supply of linens for the bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating. The host provided eggs, pancake flour, syrup, and English muffins - plenty of items to put together breakfast for both mornings. A variety of coffee was also provided. The kitchen was well stocked with basics such as spices, flour, sugar, oil and etc. for cooking. The home was located in a quiet, well lit residential neighborhood. It was easy to find a great access to the freeway and restaurants. Our host, Heather, was an excellent communicator. She is very quick to respond to our emails. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay again if we have the opportunity. If you are looking for a place to stay in the Post Falls area give this home a try. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Cute space with lots of personality!

Perfect for my two night stay! All the wonderful touches of a country farm home complete with water trough tub/shower and antler towel racks! Extra amenities were thoughtful and made my stay comfortable! Close to Couer d'Alene and freeways. Thank you for helping me celebrate my birthday get-away in your cute and quaint home!

Cute, eclectic and comfortable rental, we really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for two adults. Very clean, our hosts even provided nice amenities like coffee, jam, bread and butter, and more. Heather really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

We stayed here during the Modern Homestead Conference. It was so nice to come back to at the end of the day. The host was very accommodating without hovering. Would definitely stay here again!!

The property was exactly as described, a nice little apartment in a nice neighborhood. Very homey and comfortable. I felt like I was staying in someone’s home without them there. I didn’t stay there much except to sleep.

This cozy place was perfect for our quick stay passing through the area. The separate patio was my 5 year old’s favorite “special spot”. It was very nice and quiet. The coffee and small amount of breakfast accommodations were just perfect. We went to The White House for dinner and Q’emiln Park to get wiggles out before bed and another long car ride, and everything was close and so wonderful, the whole family loved it. The only grievance I have about our stay is that it wasn’t longer. We will try to stay here again when we are in the area- next time, we will plan for a longer visit!

This was the best sleep I’ve had in a very long time. Everything was perfect. The mattress was the best part of the whole stay. I will definitely be going back.

Here are my favorite features of this property: the very comfortable bed and pillows, the shower head and water pressure, the soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower, the fully functional kitchen including spices and cooking oil, the Dutch door, the convenient armoire for clothes storage, the hospitality of the owners Heather and Joseph.

My 11 hour stay in this property was exactly what I sought and more! Self inflicted travel delays caused my 10:30 arrival at GEG. Slept comfortably (although I prefer not sleeping on a waterproof mattress cover, i wasn’t going to remove it at midnight!). Heather and Joseph provided muffins and eggs as well as coffees I walked 15 minutes to Yoke’s Market for milk for my coffee and peanut butter and an apple for the day’s snack. So much to do and see in Post Falls, but later I will head to Columbia Falls for three nights as I explore that area.

Clean, cute and perfect for our needs for the weekend

Owners are lovely and communicative. Every need carefully considered and provided for. Very affordable and great location. Grateful to have stayed here.

My husband and I met our host Heather soon after arriving. She was so nice and gave us tips on places to go. The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Really enjoyed sleeping to white noise machine set to the ocean waves! There was also eggs and muffins in the refrigerator!

Exactly the place we needed. Very relaxing with outdoor patio, comfortable bed, furnishings, everything we could need. Loved the split front door! Central location to swimming, parks, restaurants, shopping!

Host was wonderful with communication. Site was discreet but easy to find and park. Accommodations were as described. Although small (as advertised), the space was perfectly usable, well decorated, and very comfortable. We will seek these folks out when passing through in the future!

I stayed here with my grown niece and her infant son for a week while we were visiting family. Everything about the property was just as described and the host was super accommodating. The location is ideal- close to the everything but still quiet and private. Highly recommend if you are going to be in the Idaho panhandle region!

The property was exceptionally laid out and well appointed. Many of the basics were supplied. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioners was very welcome for the hot stretch we stayed. Undoubtedly the best part were the hosts! They made sure we had arrived safely, that we understood where everything is and were extremely friendly. Any questions we had were answered (very) promptly! When the host had to be gone, she made sure we knew the name and contact information for her substitute. Bottom line: Would we stay again? In a (Post Falls) minute!! :)
