It was good.the parking is tight. Walking distance too basic needs the park and good food.

We only needed the place to sleep and shower. That worked out well. Except that the bathroom outlets did not work. But we found others that did. This house is near where our grandchildren live and we enjoyed picking up doughnuts from close by to take to them both mornings we were there.

The first thought that came to my mind when entering the place was 80s - the place was a bit outdated. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a place to store refrigerated goods and prepare meals. The host was very accommodating and pleasant to work. The place was clean and warm (in November). The place is not big - it would fit 4 fairly comfortably, 5 was pretty tight. But we made it work. Unlike other Vrbos we stayed in, the host made sure there were enough towels for all 5 of us. Overall, we had a nice stay. If I could give 4.5 stars, I would.

A welcoming space in the upstairs of a historic home, conveniently located near Grand Ave, a major north-south arterial in Spokane. Small but efficient kitchen had basic dishes, glassware, cookware and spices. So appreciated the coffee maker and coffee! Parking was a little challenging because of a large van parked in front of the house, requiring us to back around it into the designated parking space. The detailed directions to find the location were very helpful as the home is at the end of a small street that is a little tricky to find. Owner very responsive to messages and questions.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to lots of local restaurants and activities.

We stayed here while passing through from Montana to Oregon to get some rest between the long drive. The property was amazing, clean and made to feel like home away from home.

Loved the location! It’s close to Cliff drive to over look downtown Spokane, Manito, and yummy restaurants.

Loved the convenience to a few restaurants and 7-11. We spent most of our time in and around downtown/Riverfront and getting there was super easy and affordable when we used rideshares.

We had a great stay in this apartment. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location fit our needs perfectly. The restaurant across the street served a delicious breakfast and it was easy to get downtown for our Broadway show. It was a bit dated with plug ins that weren't super convenient for charging devices, and lacked a dishwasher (which was stated in the listing, so I wasn't expecting it, but if that is something you need, keep that in mind). I think this give it character and wouldn't keep me from staying here in the future. Price was reasonable and we didn't lack for anything. If you need a place to stay if visiting family in the hospital, this would be a great place.

Quiet, beds clean, not very good, carpet aged and looked aged and uncomfortable with out slipper's.Neighborhood quilt and safe.

We were in town for doctors appointments at the Sacred Heart and this was the perfect home base within walking distance. What a beautiful view of the cathedral!

Good place to stay while in Spokane area. Older apartment. Close to Manito Park and a couple places to eat within walking distance.

This was nice clean little place to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the area was very quiet. Parking is tight but adequate. The stairs leading up to the apartment are narrow and could be difficult for people with mobility issues. I would definitely stay there again.

Quick stay due to canceled surgery, will be back

We came to stay for a wedding over the weekend and loved this rental. It is perfectly located in beautiful South Hill and had everything we needed.
