Stayed Aug 3, 2023Do not rent this property. I had to rearrange my whole vacation becuase the place was dirty. Ants covered the walls, floors, counters and coffee machine inside and out. There were crumbs and dirt on the floors and counters. I woke up to a cockroach on the floor in the kitchen. The dust has been built up for what looked like years. The owner will respond to complaints with “here in Florida” as if it’s acceptable to be dirty in Florida and to have low expectations. The bed was terrible. I weigh 130 pounds and I felt like I was going to fall through the bed.The air conditioner, fans, shades, and windowsils were covered in a thick layer of dust. When I told the owner about the dust on the ventilation systems he told me it is “user friendly”. So basically telling me I should clean his dirty apartment. These are just some of the issues with this property.

Stayed Dec 5, 2022Perfect place for a one person vacation for a week stay. Location very good, close to beach and golf courses. Apartment had everything that was needed. Nice, Private back yard.
