Parking space for 1 car in front of the cottage - pulled to the opposite side of the driveway. Please leave room for 3 bedroom Home guests to park in front of the garage. All other cars may park on the street.
No Smoking
No Parties, no visitors without permission from host

We use professional pest control, but minor pest activity may occur between cleanings
Traveling with a larger group Ask us about booking this home along with our nearby 3-bedroom property to comfortably accommodate more guests while keeping everyone close together!
Texas Water Note:
Due to natural sediment, tap water in Texas may appear cloudy, have an unusual smell, or an odd taste. Some guests choose to use bottled water instead.
