Stayed Apr 4, 2025Very nice place for a trip on a budget. If you’re 6ft or higher be aware of the short ceilings, you might need to duck down quite a bit. The neighborhood might seem a little sketchy if you’re not used to cities but you’re completely safe. Be aware before you rent you’re in the basement of where the people who own it live. Walkable to downtown, the river and anywhere you could want to go. Overall I recommend this place.

Stayed Aug 16, 2024The neighborhood was definitely sketchy. One guy yelled when my husband put some garbage in the trash can. We did not take the garbage out when we left. Didn't want make the neighbor angry! The place itself is cute!

Stayed Apr 12, 2024Great little space for my daughter and I to rest our head after a long day of wrestling at the Podium. Property was easy to access, clean and comfortable.
