Private Apartment in the ❤️ of Brevard, 1 Bedroom, sleeps 3,

Wonderful location near downtown, private entry, and ample space for a small family. Please be aware that this is a basement apartment. The front door was hard to open/ close tried not to slam. PEACEFUL birds singing, chipmunks, squirls, rabbits in yard. Parking is off a sloped driveway.

My friend and I went on vacation to Brevard for a relaxing week. We are teachers so school is out and we needed relaxation and we definitely relaxed. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and everything we needed. My friend stayed in the bedroom and I pulled out the couch bed. I had my own bathroom off the living room and she had hers in the bedroom and we shared the shower. It was so nice and not cramped. While we were there we went downtown Brevard and walked around to the local stores. Ate at a few restaurants, our favorites were Morning Social, Big Mikes, and The Square Root. They were so good. It rained the whole time we were there however we did get to see 3 waterfalls they were so beautiful! Be aware there is a lot of walking and hiking. We we’re going to go kayaking however the water levels were too high and we couldn’t but the best place for that was the Headwaters Outfitters their prices were very reasonable. I hope this helps for your next visit, I know we will be back and hopefully renting this apartment again!!!!

Everything was perfect! The apartment was clean, set up nicely. They had nice amenities. They left us pamphlets for places of interest. It was just great! Felt like home. We left it much like we found it. We would love to return there in the future. I centainly hope you send this review to them. I would have liked to meet them.

Good, clean, comfortable, well stocked. Good size convenient kitchen. Bathroom is small/tiny and there is no electrical outlets around the tiny sink.

Lovely home, enjoyed my stay amenities were amazing. This is attached to a home being lived in so you are in fact sharing a house abide by the rules accordingly.

Was on a solo trip. Loved this apartment. Location was great. Very clean. Bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very nice although the driveway was a little scary due to the steepness (especially since we arrived in the dark.) We did have to bring our 17-year-old last minute and took a little back-and-forth with the owners to allow this. The location was perfect as it's close to Pisgah and we were here to observe the ghost fireflies (a must-see, they're magical!). All in all it was a nice weekend and the apartment was fine.

This property is aptly named because every window looks out on an amazing forest of old growth bamboo. Because of its private setting, it's enticing for birds and wildlife. We observed piliated woodpeckers, catbirds, blue jays, wrens, cardinals, rabbits, a chipmunk, and even a turtle. Very peaceful.
