This cozy little bohemian inspired garden-level apartment is right within walking distance to key places in Cheyenne- the hospital, Capitol building, state offices, etc. Park your car and walk everywhere!
Prep meals in this full kitchen and take care of your laundry in the shared coin-op laundry room.

This is a garden-level apartment with 5 other apartments in the building. There is one next door and one 2 apartments above. There is a nice little patio visible from the kitchenwindow that is shared with the other guests in the building. Feel free to head out there (in the summer;) with your morning coffee. The building is close to 100 years old, so typical floor squeaks and old building noises may occur. The original claw foot tub/shower is a sweet reminder that this place has been around a long time! Nevertheless, updates have been made where needed to make sure you have a comfortable, modern stay.

The coin-op laundry is right through the kitchen door. There is also a shared patio on the front of the house to enjoy your morning coffee.

We are available by text or phone between 7am and 10pm. If you have an urgent need, don’t hesitate to reach out anytime!

2 blocks from the hospital;
4 blocks from the Capitol;
So close to all the shopping and restaurants downtown!

Free parking on site or on the street in front;
Uber & Lyft available

Pets are welcome! I do charge $15/night per pet for a maximum of $150 per stay. We do ask that you keep all pets off the furniture and keep them crated when you leave the home.

Long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

The following is a list of what you can expect to find in the unit.
Consider it a “starter kit” if you will…. Hopefully it will give you the time you need to procure any additional items you may need. If something on this list is not in the unit, please let us know and we will do our best to get it to you ASAP.

    At first glance, things looked good. Great location, nice price, roomy, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable couch. But then we noticed the things that could be fixed easily, like the missing pull chain on the living room light, the squeaky bed, the meager number of hangers despite three spacious closets, the flaking paint, and the insufficient shower head, and the things not so easily, like the lack of electrical outlets, the poor water pressure, the thin, squeaky floors from the apartment above and the guests that stayed up late and got up early. It was tolerable for a couple nights, but would need a lot of work to be willing to stay longer, especially if I expected to be able to work from there.

    Nice older, quiet neighborhood, centered between my needs of downtown and airport, with easy access to other points of interest. Nicely maintained almost 100 year old building with a comfortable homey feeling.

    This is a darling little unit with a lot of character in a 100 year-old house. It was perfect for our one-night stay in Cheyenne. Very close to downtown, too - so we were able to find good drinks, good food, and a good time!

    Pictures do NOT represent this unit. No outside light, bushes over grown on walkway, broken light in living room ( had to use my phone flash light to navigate to kitchen for light,) non-working space heater, broken and glued back together window in kitchen, unbearable noise upstairs, shower curtain needs a good bleaching or replace, bed is full not queen… icing on the cake, yellow sludge in bottom of Keurig reservoir. We only stayed 1 night of the booking.

    We got to this apartment after dark. It was hard to find, not marked well. The bushes were over grown, blocking the sidewalk. No lights outside. The door to the apartment had a large gap. Upon entering the apartment it was musty. Unable to get the lights on. Had to use our flashlights. A drop cord was strung across the bedroom to the air conditioner. The bath tub was grungy. I am not opposed to staying in historic buildings but did expect the apartment to be fixed up and inviting. We ended up not staying and went to a hotel. Many issues.

    We are giving this a 5 star because the apartment met all our needs. We are from Cheyenne and this apartment met all our needs, a place to sleep, shower,cook our meals, unwind and have our dog with us. This is an older historical building. With lots of character. I appreciate the love and care put into the apartment's restoration. Reminded me of a couple of my first apartments years ago.
