PRIVATE 30' SWIMMING POOL & HOT TUB Amazing Views & Serenity Close to SEDONA!

Quiet and beautiful place tucked behind the owners house. Hot tub was quite nice and in warmer weather the pool would be fun. Recommend for a couple getting away from things.

This guest house was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we wanted for a three night stay. The owners were very helpful in advising us about the surrounding area hikes, which aided us well in avoiding huge crowds. The welcoming basket was a definite plus. My husband enjoyed all the extra snacks provided. The only minor complaint would be the pillows. They were too full and too hard, which is actually good for support for sitting on bed and watching tv, but hard on neck when sleeping. I prefer flatter and softer pillows.

Clean and quiet with all the necessities needed for our weekend stay. We relaxed outside our door near the pool sipping coffee in the morning and sat by the open out door fire by night. We also saw a heard of wild Javelina just outside the fence one morning. Nice and relaxing stay, close to Sedona and Jerome. And close to many things in Cottonwood as well even though its away from the main street in town.

We absolutely LOVED the property and our stay. I was pleasantly surprised at the privacy given that it was a guest house attached to the main house. Glen and Kristen somehow hit the perfect balance of being open, available and welcoming without ever knowing they are there...(not sure how they pull that off, its a skill). It was quiet, peaceful, beautiful but still with easy access to town and all the events we were in town for. We will definitely be back when we have more time to spend both exploring the area and enjoying the peaceful property.

Beautiful property, wonderful stay!!!

The property was everything it described and even more beautiful in person. Very comfortable and every detail thought of and addressed. We had everything we needed and could have wanted. They are welcoming hosts and have put a lot of effort and thought into the cottage. We were very impressed. And Tutu of course was the biggest hit with my son!

We absolutely loved this guest house and the adjacent yard with a pool and hot tub! From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed. Glen and Kristen thought of everything to make our stay relaxing and memorable. The pool felt great in the afternoon, and the hot tub was perfect in the evening. The interior of the guest house was extremely clean, cute, and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town!

We went to visit family, but the central location was great. Downtown Cottonwood had cute shops, wineries and restaurants. Close to Sedona, Jerome, Flagstaff, Williams and Grand Canyon is a 2 hr drive. The owner, Glen, takes great pride in having 5 star properties and taking care of his guests!

What a perfect place for a getaway. Everything was perfect from the unit itself, to the property and the views around. Cottonwood was such a great little town for our travels to Sedona. Great hosts with thoughtful touches within the unit and around the property for enjoying the scenery. Thank you for an amazing trip.

This was the perfect spot for a nice, quiet getaway. The location was great and close enough to escape away for a day of hiking. Glen and Kristen are great property owners and responded very quickly with whatever we needed! I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
