Stayed Feb 11, 2024First off. The place wasn't for rent. The host was confused as to why we were trying to contact him. We had to spend our first night at a hotel in one of the worst parts of town. We spent an hour and a half once we arrived waiting to hear from the host and looking for a place to stay for the night. Fortunately the host contacted us and let us stay there for the rest of our vacation and said he would take it up with you guys since we already paid for the.rental. Then I got a self serving response from you guys about me renting another place within 6 months at the same price at the same location as our vacation. There is no way we can go back to Trinidad within 6 months even if we wanted to. If wasn't for the host we'd been stuck in a hotel in a very seedy part of town for 4 days. He came through for us even though he wasn't in your system anymore. We are highly disappointed more so with your solution than staying in a seedy part of town.
