Spent a couple of nights in the area. Didn’t have a vehicle. And walked to market and picked up a few groceries. Was in a nice neighborhood. And located in the backyard of a nice house. It was the top floor of the back building. A full 1 bedroom apartment with separate spaces. Bedroom, living room bathroom and kitchen. Wi-Fi was provided.

We stayed for 8 nights because we were getting ready for my daughter's moving to a college dom. It was so nice, safe, pretty and quiet neighborhood that I wanted to live there forever and also very convenient location to everywhere we went to. Costco was so closed, so we went to the gas station a couple of times. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Sean was so good to communicate soon. We would love to stay there again!

Loved our stay at the Eco House in South Park! Great neighborhood, less than 2 miles from Balboa Park and Zoo. Plenty of street parking, the EV charger made our stay even more convenient. Dined in North Park, everything was so close. Quiet at night, enjoyed the table outside, played games with the kids. Definitely will be coming back!!

This was the first place my girlfriend and I stayed for our first vacation celebrating our 1 year anniversary. This space was perfect for the two of us. Thia was definitely a amazing place that was very quiet and peaceful. The hot tub, hammock and lights created a amazing scenery that just added on to the experience. Definitely would recommend to any couples or small families.

The kids really enjoyed the courtyard area! Very nice to be able to let them play out side while I cooked. The bed was comfy and they had all the essentials needed. The welcome box was awesome with great snacks. The communication with everyone was great! Would definitely stay again :) We were in town for Cisco live and never hit any traffic. It was about 18 minutes in the mornings. Easy drive.

When we arrived the entrance door to the unit was being replaced so we missed our dinner reservation because we could not leave with our personal items left unsecured. The unit itself was dirty and in need of repairs. It smelled of a pet(s). The floor by the door was badly scratched and the door threshold was chewed or scratched. The flooring between the sitting room into the bedroom felt as if I was going to fall through it. I’m only 125 pounds but the flooring flexed downward and made creaking sounds that literally felt and sounded like it would give way. The unit was dirty with dead bugs on the floor which clearly had not been cleaned. The outside of the unit (which is the backyard to the main house) was cluttered. I have pictures that more poignantly depict each of my comments. Please contact me if you would like further details. I have stayed in over 72 VRBO or similar properties and this was the only time I have written a negative review.
