Prime Santa Monica Beach Getaway w/ 2 bedrooms & patio!

Absolutely wonderful location and House! I had originally booked a month and ended up staying there for four months… It’s in a great neighborhood, super safe, my kids loved the bunkbeds, and all the amenities were first class. Would recommend anyone and hope to be staying there again soon.

We needed a local place to stay while our home was being renovated and this property checked all the boxes for our needs. The beach bungalow style apartment was clean, check-in was easy, the building was quiet so I had no problem working from “home”, plenty of street parking, and the host was very communicative. Bonus: our pup loved sunning herself on the small enclosed patio.

We had a nice stay at this lovely unit. Amanda was very responsive and easy to work with. Upon our arrival, she checked in to ensure everything was to our satisfaction and even offered some great restaurant recommendations. The unit was clean and centrally located, meeting all our needs. Parking was never an issue, and the convenient location of the laundry room right next door was a huge bonus. Unfortunately, this unit is situated at the back of the building and adjacent to an alleyway. On several occasions, as early as 7 am, we could hear and see a homeless individual pacing just outside, yelling to themselves for several hours. On another occasion, we had to step over a sleeping person on the front steps.The unit is definitely worth booking, provided that the homeless situation isn’t too uncomfortable for you.

Amanda and her husband were great and super responsive. The place is very solid - a tight two bedroom but a little small. Location is central to everything in Santa Monica / Venice / Ocean Park. Unfortunately, there were some issues with homeless being so close to Lincoln. Other than that, it was great place

Amanda is an amazing host- so responsive! There were a few missing items when we arrived and Amanda overnighted them- we felt very taken care of and appreciated the hospitality! The unit is nicely furnished and very clean. Would definitely stay again!

I truly cannot emphasize enough how great it was to stay at this property. The location is just great, an easy walk to the beach, Main St shops or the pier. The unit is beautiful and clean and you cannot beat the value for a two bedroom in this area. The main door opens to a lovely living room which is adjacent to a clean, modern kitchen. Two gorgeous bedrooms are down the hall with ample sleeping space. There were just two in our party, but the spacious accommodation could have easily held a small family. There is even garage parking available, though honestly,it's such a sweet spot, you really don't even need a car. The owner was a jewel to work with, she truly makes an effort to make sure that her renters are happy. You really cannot beat the location, condition, and overall value for this property. I would absolutely stay here again and look forward to doing so.

Amanda’s rental was perfect! My roommate and I stayed for a few months as a long term rental and we would definitely come back. Everything was clean and organized upon arrival and Amanda was great about checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Amanda was so easy to communicate with, super responsive, and so wonderful all around! The apartment is very walkable which is unique in LA. Less than a mile from the beach, shopping, and grocery stores. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking to stay in Santa Monica!

LA is home for me, but I had been gone for 5 years living in Australia with my family. This summer we returned to LA and Amanda's place was our transitional home for the summer. I already knew the neighborhood and felt lucky to find such an affordable place walking distance to the beach, Main Street, and the promenade. The most central and convenient location in all of Santa Monica in my opinion. Amanda is the most genuine, generous, kind, and overall just wonderful human you could ask for as your host. Not only that but she responds to every message in minutes, and is thorough and thoughtful. Ask her anything! The place is exactly as pictured and described. everhthing is new, clean, and nice. The beds are amazingly comfy. Sheets and towels are top of the line. We were very happy with our stay!

Our hostess Amanda was just fabulous. She was very accomodating and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment is smartly furnished with a beach theme. The kitchenis well equipped and has newer modern appliances and the bedding is plush. The only negative (and it is minor) is that the water pressure in the bathroom was low. We were able to walk to the beach and local restaurants. All in all very nice and I would recommend this cozy apartment for those visiting Santa Monica.
